This stunning unit has a modern feel and a short walk to the beach! A rare 4 bedroom villa in South Forest Beach.

This villa includes:

This 2nd floor villa stands out amongst the rest! Tastefully updated and completely renovated with all new furnishings, this villa offers ample space for the entire family and extended family to enjoy Hilton Head Island to its fullest. The first level features a beautiful galley kitchen with all new appliances. The dining area opens to the main living area with all new furniture and a large flat screen TV as the focal point of the entertainment space. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is another full bath in the hallway. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has another Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Another full bath rounds out the upstairs space.

The Island House community is a great community just one block from the Atlantic Ocean in South Forest Beach. The complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll (or even shorter bike ride) to the beach, restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza or Celebration Park.

We had several issues first it was a cold shower in the master bedroom and downstairs bath. They adjusted and the one got better but never had one hot shower in master. Master bed frame fell apart couldn't sleep in there one night. And we found several bugs upstairs and down. Wouldn't stay here again

Comfortable place in great location

We had 6 adults in town for a wedding. We had plenty of space to come together, relax AND get ready for the wedding. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and to the various locations associated with the wedding. Communication with the host was great -- they let us know about a repair and when the property was open for early check-in.

Clean, spacious two level in a quiet complex just a 5 minute bike ride from beach, restaurants, and shops. The front door did not reliably lock and we had an unexpected visitor.

Most everything was good except a couple things. One there was no pillowcases on the pillows in one of the rooms and 2 we seen a couple of what looked like roaches. Besides this all was nice

Nice clean convenient location for a reasonable price for a four bedroom which is hard to find. I would recommend and will probably rent again.

Family vacation

The location of this property is perfect and the access to a pool was ideal because it was extremely hot the weekend we stayed. The condo was clean. Some negatives: there is very little household essentials in the condo for use. We had like 3 kitchen trash bags, one very thin roll of papertowels. The upstairs was extremely warm on arrival and heats up due to extremely old windows, also the bed upstairs is advertised as a queen but is definitely not. Its probably a double bed and was very difficult for a couple to sleep on. The beds were very comfortable. The only other negative is you cant have a golf cart which would have made the location and access to things perfect.

Spacious

Place had plenty of space for a family of 8, the 2 rooms upstairs are a little warm, they had plug in fans but they need ceiling fans. The ac is not strong upstairs but very good in the lower level 2 bedrooms. The rugs in the bathroom need cleaning or replacement. For the amount of people the house accommodates they need a larger dining table. The beach is a true 10-12 minute walk, and restrooms at the beach are very far, you better to go back to the apartment.

Good place

I can be picky so ultimately I need to say this was as described. It was clean place, everything worked, location was good, could walk to the beach and just across the main road from Shipyard for golfing. Some small complaints: no tray or shelf or soap holder in shower stall, some windows wouldn't lock (no real security concerns as its second floor and third floor), it was clearly rehabbed on a bit of a budget but all the TV's worked, beds were comfy, 2 kinds of coffee makers (Keurig and drip). At the same time seemed like it was owned by a rental management company; not necessarily a bad thing but I've stayed at places that an individual rents and places that a company with several locations rents and there is a slight difference. For example, the rental company has an app. Normally that's possibly a good thing. Only it doesn't work and so when they try to steer you to the app for more information, it creates some frustration because they could have put it in an email or communicated over VRBO but they add an extra and ineffectual step. Like I said initially, its a good place and really a good value.

March Break Getaway

We were pleased to see that what we saw online is what we got when we arrived. It is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. The property management is very quick to reply to any questions or issues we had. The toaster was broken but it was quickly replaced by a brand-new one. We were very happy with the unit. Just a couple of suggestions: the kitchen could be a little better equipped (it would have been nice to have some wine glasses, a cheese grater, a corkscrew) and the dining table only seats 4 people which was too small for our group of 7. But, other than that, it was great for our vacation.

Nice property but missing some essentials

This is an excellent property. It is every bit as nice as the pictures look. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at the beach. As nice as it was, there are quite a few essentials missing. First the kitchen table seats 4 but the house sleeps 8-10. The bathrooms are missing toilet paper holders, towel rods, soap caddies, bathroom door handles. The kitchen is also bare bones. I truly believe if the things I mentioned were addressed , this could arguably be the nicest property we have ever stayed in on the island.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay . I liked the layout of the condo it was spacious and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms that is actually a rare find. The bedrooms were laid out nicely. Lots of closet space as well that came with hanger which was nice. We also had an issue with the air conditioning unit not working our second day there. I can’t not say enough about how fast they responded and fixed the issue. Our family is in the rental business so we know all too well how this can be when someone is renting a unit and you have an issue such as this. They really took care of us and I thank the property manager for his help. I do however have a few suggestions since we come from a rental background. Floor length mirrors really is a must at least in one of the bedrooms, also some adult wine glasses or even plastic ones would be nice all they have are a few plastic cups for drinking. For adult beverages it would be nice to have other glassware. The last thing is maybe more beach themed Knick knacks around the condo to give it more if a homie feel. Other than that we had a great time. These items I have suggested would not stop me from staying there again. Heather A

Really Nice Place and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The decor is modern and there is a lot of space. We had 7 adults and a baby and never felt cramped. The location is just a few minutes’ drive from Coligny Plaza/Beach and I think about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more products for guests - we ran out of dish soap and laundry detergent quickly. I would highly recommend this place!

Annual Hilton Head visitors

The property was great! Clean updated and nice! We enjoyed our stay and would come back again! Only a couple things I would change! The property sleeps 8 but only seats 4 at table, I would recommend a larger table that seats 8, also could use wine glasses and cork screw for wine drinkers! Also add more rugs to keep noise down for downstairs guests! We had a lovely time and everyone was happy with our stay!
