This updated, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is just steps to the beach and Atlantic ocean. Lounge by the large sunny private pool or take the short walk on the beach path that is conveniently located right outside the back door!

This one level home enjoys no stairs. All new wood flooring throughout. Through the front door there is a sitting area with four comfortable chairs and a sliding glass door with to views of the wonderful pool area, back patio and grill. The open floor plan allows for family and friends to enjoy separate spaces while staying together. The skylights throughout the home really let in a lot of natural light. The living room has new furniture, large couch, two sitting chairs, and a 50-inch flat screen TV. There is a nook facing the pool with a cushioned bench built in. The galley kitchen boasts quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. This property has both a filtered coffee pot and a Keurig. There is bar seating as well as a separate dining room with a table and seating for eight.

The four bedrooms in this home are to the right of the front door, through the French doors that keep the sleeping areas private. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. This room utilizes the hall bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door to pool/patio area.

The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a flat screen TV, a private bath with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. This bedroom also has a separate entrance to the outdoor space as well as a double sliding glass door to a private veranda. The fourth bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Enjoy cooking out on the gas grill on the back patio and have dinner under the stars in the outdoor eating area with a table and chairs. Open and bright, this home is ready for your next vacation. Five minute walk to beach. Five minutes to Palmetto Dunes golf. There's something here for everyone!

Pool can be heated for additional fee. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for a pool to heat up. Please make arrangements in advance for best service.

The perfect size for our family of four plus Grandma. Super comfortable and tasteful furnishings!

Ketch 2 was the perfect home to spend our Thanksgiving week. Just the right size for our family of four plus Grandma and would easily accommodate more friends and family if needed with the bunk beds and twin beds. It is a very short walk to the beach and biking/walking distance to the tennis center and General Store - in a darling neighborhood in Palmetto Dunes. The furniture was super comfortable and stylish - love the conversation seating area and the table was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. Bedding also very comfortable - excellent taste in furnishings - clean lines and modern, inviting! thank you for sharing your home!

Great property...clean and nicely furnished! Great pool and easy walk to the beach access...Appeared that kitchen utensils had disappeared-has to wash after each meal! Owners take great care of this property :)
