The host was very prompt with communication. She more than compensated us for a problem at the beginning of our stay. A drying rack to hang pool and beach towels would be helpful. The space was adequate for our party of 7. Lovely vacation!

Graduation Trip

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children! A little bit of a hike to the beach but there is a nice boardwalk to get there and they also have a shuttle service to and from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Check in was simple, both the property manager and owner were super communicative and helpful! The weather wasn’t great during our stay, but the beachy welcoming decor set the tone for a relaxing vacation. Conveniently located with lots of amenities.

Thankful

I spent Thanksgiving of 2025 at the condo. My family, 7 of us, traveled from NY to celebrate with with my best friend and her family, 5 of them. The condo was roomy enough for us to visit and have dinner. The owner was extremely helpful, as I overlooked some check in directions. She always answered texts and helped when I had questions, even on the holiday. I would recommend staying here.

Our family had a wonderful stay in 4430. The owners were so helpful and friendly ,recommend several fun activities and dining experiences. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and supplies . There were several board games available in our room,beach supplies for the kids and chairs for the adults which our family enjoyed. The unit was decorated well and we will definitely be back soon !

Good time

We enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head and our unit. The walk to the beach was further than we’re used to, but there were shuttles that took you across the boardwalk. We liked the convenience of having Coco’s right there next to the beach entrance. Enjoyed the wildlife along the boardwalk as well. Enjoyable stay.

Don’t miss out on this one!

What a great week we had in this lovely condo. 3 pools and a short walk to the beach. Beach bar named Coco’s with delicious food and drinks. The owner is easily reachable if needed and gives great suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. Thank you for a great place to stay for a wonderful week!

The complex was centrally located on the island. The place was great. The complex has tennis courts and three pools. The owner was fantastic. She was amazing at telling me insider information and helping me out!

Wonderful getaway

Our HH stay.

The condo was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk to the beach was pleasant and doable. If you’re looking for something reasonably priced within walking distance to the beach, this is the unit for you. We utilized the tennis courts and the bike rentals and enjoyed a couple margaritas at Coco‘s.

Our family had a great stay in 4430. The owners recommended several fun activities and dining experiences. So many things to do! We loved Benny’s on the beach! The place is so relaxing and decorated so nicely. Plenty of board games to play! Everything from beach chairs to beach towels were available as well. They thought of everything. This place is a gem and the owners were so great to work with! I highly recommend this place to go and make memories with your family. We will definitely be back!!!

Overall Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay here! The walk to the beach is long, but doable. I suggest bringing a wagon. The property owner and manager were very communicative! I also suggest looking up the map to the resort to familiarize yourself prior to your visit! The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold, but property manager is aware of that now. There also wasn’t a stopper for the bath tub. Overall, we were pleased with this unit!

You are not able to see the ocean from this condo, however there is a beautiful scenic walking distance "boardwalk" to the ocean . House keeping really needs to pay heightened attention to detail, it was not "filfthy" but sad the owner pays im sure good money for them to not be more thorough. The condo was perfect function for our family and our stay. The owner was exceptional in communications with me and was very prompt on 1 concern that was small. The elevator on the condo side was down but that is not to be against the owner. Property management didnt seem to make it much of a priority. It extended our walk by some distance but was fine. Exercise is important even by way of walking. Many stores and accomadations near. Wonderful resturaunts to be enjoyed. We hope to rent again on a REAL vacation next time. LOL

Just Enough

Really good location close to restaurants and beach if you don’t mind walking the boardwalk to get to the water. Condo was comfortable enough but make sure to bring your own pillows and extra sheets since there weren’t any and some Lysol wipes especially for the bathroom. Tons of bath towels and blankets. Room was a corner unit and on the highway side so a bit noisy. 3 bdrms were spacious. Pull out couch is broken so don’t recommend it to sleep on. kitchen was stocked but missing some kitchen towels, tongs, baking pan, spray oil (to consider it a “fully stocked kitchen”) and any grilling things should you want to take advantage of the outdoor grills. It was good for the 5 days we were there but some things just missed the mark, like having extra sheets and a kitchen sponge and soap. Just needs some more TLC. Overall, was ok. Awesome communication with the owner though so they are aware of what should be updated.

Great Time Was Had By All

I am a grandfather with 14 grandchildren spread out all over the US. Six of my grandchildren live near me in Atlanta. They have been cooped up in their home since the pandemic hit. We finally felt confident to go on a vacation. The kids love the beach and I hoped my selection of the condo would comfortably accommodate all them at the same time give them easy access to the beach. This property exceeded my expectations. We had room to spread out when we were inside and the beach was an easy walk from the condo. They also enjoyed the tennis courts as well. We had a great time.

Wonderful weekend away!

Everything was absolutely great!! The condo is beautiful. Clean, clean, clean!! You have everything you need, they did not miss a thing!! Easy check in and out! So many restaurants and stores within minutes away! Really enjoyed our time away! Can’t wait to go back!
