Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Hilton Head Island, but the area is also very bike-friendly with miles of scenic trails and easy access to nearby parks and beaches. Bike rentals are readily available throughout the island.

✓  This villa has parking for two vehicles in the parking area. 
✓ The host will provide parking passes for two vehicles.
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on the street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  The pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓  PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less is allowed.  There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300. This is not included in your VRBO booking total, our team will request this fee separately after your reservation is confirmed.
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. 
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted for a short period of time some time from November 2025 through May 2026.
