This pet friendly rental comes with the HH Island Rentals Advantage. Four beach chairs, a beach cart, four beach towels and new kitchen amenities including salt, pepper, cooking spray and seasoning salt.

Pet Friendly Beach Life - 2 Bed / 2.5 Bath villa located in Treetops / Ocean Breeze.

Nestled closely to all 3 pools and tennis courts, this upgraded condo has plenty of parking. Treetops is an excellent location on the South End of Hilton Head Island.

The Space:
This 2 Bed / 2.5 Bath villa located in the best area of Treetops / Ocean Breeze. Villa has patio deck to relax after a day at the beach. King Bed in Master bedroom and Queen Bed in 2nd bedroom with a twin bunk above the queen bed, each with private full bath. Downstairs offers a full kitchen with eat in nook and half bathroom. Recently upgraded with luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in all bedrooms.

Close to beach, an easy 8-10 minute walk and close to Coligny Beach Plaza for all your shopping and dining needs.

Nestled closely to all 3 pools and tennis courts, this upgraded condo has plenty of parking. Treetops is an excellent location on the South End of Hilton Head Island. South Forest Beach is with-in walking distance or just a quick bike ride away. This is a newly purchased property and new to the rental market so book early to reserve this gem. Close to beach an easy 8-10 minute walk and close to Coligny Beach Plaza.

Pools are open from April 1 through October 31 and are not heated.

The Neighborhood:
Hilton Head Island is a barrier island off the coast of South Carolina, located about 30 highway miles north of Savannah, GA. At seven miles in width and fourteen in length, it is the second largest Atlantic coast barrier island after Long Island, NY. The tide levels change as much as 6-8 feet every 6 hours. We do have 24 on-island championship golf courses, and over 40 courses in the Hilton Head Island – Bluffton area for you to play. More than one millon rounds of golf are played annually.

Disappointed for the money spent

I understand half was my fault for booking at the last second, but this place was not worth the money. They couches were dirty and had to place towels to sit, water stains in the ceilings and just not a well kept property.

Our stay

Had to give lower ratings than I would like. Place could use some basic maintenance. Needed to replace 3 light bulbs and one smoke detector battery in the primary bedroom. A regular maintenance schedule is needed. I imagine most people would just call management but we had pets which means we would have to stay there until maintenance personnel arrived

Great place to stay

The unit is very well taken care of and super clean; they allow pets, but it doesn't have any pet smell at all, which is rear even in some of the best places I rented before; they can have a smell because they don't clean them well. I was very happy with Rob and how he handled everything for us. I'll rent this place again for sure.

Fantastic condo! Clean! Close to the beach and many amenities!

This pet friendly condo was exactly as advertised and exactly what my wife and dog and I were looking for. First and foremost...The beach is a beautiful short (less than half a mile) walk away... super convenient location. Shopping and Dining at Coligny Plaza was also less than a mile away and an easy walk to get to. We really appreciated being able to leave the car at home when going to the beach and Coligny and not having to battle the traffic and search for parking spots. The condo itself was clean and very quiet... beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. These owners were very responsive to any enquiries and the one small issue we had ( a clogged sink in the kitchen that could have happened to anyone) was addressed immediately and without hesitation - nothing bad to say about our experience at all. Check in and out were super simple and efficient and we appreciated the welcome package Rob left for us. Parking was plentiful at the condo and we never had an issue trying to park close to our unit. We made several day trips to see the entire island from "heel to toe" and we were never more than 20 minute drive away from any of the other popular locations (Harbour Cove, South Harbour, Tanger Outlets). We are already planning our next trip back to HHI and we will definitely be trying to get this same condo again. Brad & Natalie

Highly Welcoming and Accommodating!

My husband and I loved the “special touches” that were included in our stay! This condo was super clean and the decor was comfortable and tasteful. The time to the beach? A five minute bike ride or less than a mile on foot. Either way, it’s worth the trek, which is all trail. It was great to find various seashells. The ocean had obvious big and small Stingrays which we enjoyed seeing, as did all the beachgoers. We could not have been happier that we chose this for our HHI vacation!

Homey and great to bring your dog

We chose this villa because we brought our 2 dogs on vacation with us for the first time. It worked out well and felt homey. The appliances seemed pretty new and family room furniture was comfortable. It was a good location. It is a walk to the beach or a quick bike ride. Beach is beautiful. We went to the larger pool daily too. There was hardly anyone there in September. We walked and biked to Coligny plaza. Ate at great restaurants close by too. There is only a small deck with nothing to look at, but other condos. Landscape in the complex was just ok. Pools are basic. No hot tubs. Overall a good stay and glad we could take our dogs this time. Would recommend others visit Jarvis Creek Park. It's about a 10 minute drive. Beautiful park, good place to see a gator and to walk your dog.

Exactly as Advertised!

The townhome was beautiful, clean, and most importantly it was exactly as it was in the pictures. Check in/Check out could not be any easier and the property manager made himself available for any questions. They even included a welcome bucket and a binder full of local recommendations. This spot is perfectly located between coligny beach and the sea pines area. The beach is definitely walking distance, but it's a bit of a trek in the summer heat so we elected to drive.

This was a great vacation! The condo was wonderful and we had a great time. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Be sure to find the bike path to the beach! Thanks for a great place to stay. We will be back!

I would stay again

This condo was a good fit for us at a good price. I stayed in mid-July with my 2 teenage daughters. Prior to arrival, communicating with Steve, the property manager, was easy and pleasant. Although I had no problems, my questions and request for information was promptly answered. Upon arriving at the unit, I found it to be clean and in order. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, utensil and glassware for a stay. Starter soaps and toiletries were welcomed and appreciated. The property is very quiet and well kept outside. Tennis court is very close and swimming pool a short walk or very short bike ride away. The beach access is really easy with bikes and walking was no problem either. When riding bikes we chose the Alder Lane Beach Access because it was less crowded (remember, we are here in high season) and we could have our feet in the sand in less than 5 minutes biking. Walking with our beach gear was 12 minutes. That is feet in the sand, not to the beginning of the beach access at the street. If going to the closer beach access it is about an 8 minute walk till toes in the sand. Overall a very comfortable stay and we will definitely consider future stays.

Perfect for our family

This place was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Our boys loved having the tennis court right out front and that's how we started each day. The pool is nice and a little bit of a walk but not bad. However it was really cold during this time of the year. We've been to HHI several times now and this location is great. We'd stay here again.
