  • Enjoy oceanfront and pool views while relaxing in the morning sunrise or afternoon shade of your private balcony. New porcelain flooring is featured throughout. The recently remodeled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with two bar stools, and custom cabinetry is fully-equipped to meet your culinary needs. The adjacent dining area seats six. The living room has a sleeper sofa and an additional bistro table next to a wall of windows. Both bathrooms are fully renovated with luxurious showers, one with a jacuzzi. Your private oceanfront balcony features outdoor dining and seating for four. The Hampton Place complex is immaculately kept and offers amenities such as a large pool area and pavilion, private gym, barbecue area, children's pool, gazebo, and large suntanning deck.

    Complex pool times are subject to change at any time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd year that we’ve stayed in this unit. Beautiful ocean view from the wall of windows in the living room as well as the balcony. The unit is very clean, with comfortable furnishings (including the beds) and a well stocked kitchen. We’ve already booked again for next year. Our only complaint was the condition of the pool. It appears to have some type of black growth (?mold or fungus?) scattered over the bottom of the pool (this was there last year as well- we commented to the management office but doesn’t look like anything was done). We used the pool and no one had any adverse effects; it’s just nasty to look at.

Outstanding Views with any weather - one of the best spots we've stayed at!!!

With going to Palmetto Dunes at least twice a year for the past ten years, we have tried many options for rentals from Town Homes to Homes but our preferred rentals have been Condo's in Palmetto Dunes. We have stayed twice in Hampton Place and have always been pleased with the units but the views from this unit surpasses anything we've experienced so far and even more than the views, the unit is truly represented with the pictures on VRBO - I think the owners do an outstanding job of keeping up with maintaining the property and it was a true pleasure walking in after a long day of travel (from Ohio) and not finding any unpleasant surprises. Thank you for a memorable trip!!

This is a great Condo that has been updated. It offers great views. WEfelt comfortable and were able to relax after a day at the beach. This Unit is worth considering when looking for a vacation with great views and updated throughout.

Amazing views!

Great place to stay! Amazing views! Also, clean and updated. We’ve been going to Hilton Head for the last 12 years and stayed in a variety of condos throughout Palmetto Dunes and this was our favorite!

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

I've stayed in many places on the island, this was BY FAR our favorite. Villa was beautiful and so were the views from the windows and balcony. Convenient walk to the pool and beach. Plenty of parking for my car. Enjoyed the easy bike ride to the General Store every evening after dinner. Owner was a PLEASURE to work with. Hope to stay here again soon.
