PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY!!!

Located in the heart of all the action of beautiful Hilton Head is the Sandy Beach Retreat, this delightful villa is just steps from the beach and the pool!!! This first floor 1 bedroom unit #132, has a queen bed with built in cabinets and mounted flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a private kids corner with bunk beds. In the living room, there is a sofa and a smart TV. With it's granite countertops, breakfast bar, and bistro table, this fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, washer and dryer, has all you could ever need. Wood laminate flooring travels throughout the villa. Breakers is conveniently located across the street from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza and a grocery store. Golf, fishing and tennis are nearby. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the pool and the ocean from your patio or access the beach from the Breakers beautiful walkway.

You can fly into Savannah, GA airport which is just 45 minutes from Hilton Head. Allegiant Air, Frontier, and Jet Blue offer very reasonable flights out of many departing cities.
There is a rental agreement that must be signed.

I’ve rented a lot of condos in my life and this is the first time every single thing was in working order and the condition of the condo is exactly like portrayed in the photos. There were extra linens and more than enough kitchen essentials. Zero questions, complaints or hiccups. Excellent location across from Coligny and extremely easy access to the pool and beach. Leaser reached out each day through email and/or text to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

The information and photos are accurate on the website. There is a view to the ocean as shown in advertisement. We enjoyed staying there. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. If a front ocean view will not be available next time we will be back.

Great condo and location!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo and had the best time. We could walk to Coligny Plaza which was a treat! Property is close to the beach! Condo had everything we needed and Devon was so easy to communicate with and responsive when we had a question.

Close to the beach

The positives was the unit was clean and very close to the beach and had enough amenities. The negatives was the mattress was too soft for us and you could hear people walk above you all through the day and night. The unit was also very close to restaurants and entertainment .

Best Condo Ever!

We have been coming to HHI for 7 years and have mostly stayed at Breakers. We have never had a bad experience with any condo there but this condo stands out as our favorite! I like to clean even when it already looks clean and normally I find dirt but not here! W

Great Beach Vacation

We had an amazing stay at the condo. The location was great close to the beach and plaza. Condo had everything we needed for the stay. Host was very accommodating due to our family coming in the middle of the week and leaving in the middle of the week. Great stay will stay again.

Great ocean-front condo

The condo was adorable and had everything we needed for our family of four. The pool was all we needed and it was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can’t beat the Coligny area.

Family of four trip to Hilton head

The property was exactly what we wanted, located right in the heart of Coligny beach. You are steps from the ocean and several restaurants, shops and bars. We have two boys that spent the week swimming at the pool and beach and loved it.
