You are located just steps from Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and other attractions in the Coligny Area. If you are travelling with children, you will enjoy a short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park where you will find the Sandbox Children's Museum and Adventure playground!

This oceanfront condo is located on the 4th floor with an elevator and luggage carts just steps from the parking lot. Upon entering the condo, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light and a clear view of the ocean. The bedrooms and living area can easily be closed off by a door to provide additional privacy to your guests. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances and a full-size washer and dryer. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, and smart TV.. For dining, guests can gather around the dining room table or take in the ocean breeze from the balcony dining area.

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, ocean views and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Across the hall, bedroom 2 features 2 twin-size beds with a smart TV. A hallway bathroom is easily accessible with a shower/tub combo.

Great location, beautiful ocean view

My in laws and my family stayed at the property and loved it. The door needed a deadbolt or extra lock though since my 3 year old was always opening the door and running out. Aside from that everything was perfect!

Hilton Head Vacation

Property was very nice, the condo was clean, the view and location were spectacular. The elevator was not working, this is a 4th floor unit, there was no mention of this from the renting company and when we questioned it they pointed to the rental contract, said they could offer no money back and they were not responsible for the maintenance and property grounds. They did not care about our inconvenience and offered nothing in return. Not even a small gesture of a gift certificate to a local restaurant Or anything to make us want to deal with this company or one of their properties ever again.

Great location

Pro: Great location. True beachfront unit. Very clean. Included bikes and beach chairs/umbrella was a plus. The resort is secured with digital cards etc.The property is well maintained (except, as noted below). The beaches are wonderful. Good quality restaurants are plentiful within walking distance.Con: The elevator in the building was not operational and it has been undergoing renovation for way too long. I realize that the owner is not entirely responsible for this problem. But I had to dock one star from my rating. We were exhausted from spending most of the day on planes and airports and were very disappointed when we found out that we had to lug our luggage to the fourth floor. This certainly did not help my bad shoulder. We would have looked for other options had we known about the elevator issue. Other issues to look into: sluggish drainage from both showers. It is time to retire the mattresses, especially the ones in the 2nd bedroom.We had a great time in spite of above issues.

Amazing!

The condo and location were amazing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because no one told us the elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor. My husband had a torn achilles, so I had to carry everything up 4 flights of stairs - luggage, cooler, groceries, etc. The otherwise, the actual condo was fabulous.
