OCEANVIEW CONDO AT HILTON HEAD BEACH AND TENNIS RESORT LOCATED IN THE ADMIRAL'S ROW SECTION (BUILDING B) ON THE THIRD FLOOR. WELCOME TO GRACE BY THE SEA!

We welcome you to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, completely renovated oceanfront condo. While enjoying your stay, you'll have private beach access only a few short steps away along with all the resort has to offer, such as Hilton Head's largest oceanfront pool, beach bars and restaurants, pickle ball and tennis courts, fitness center, basketball court, playground, fishing ponds, bike rentals, and 24-7 around the clock security.

Our condo is located on the third floor of the Admiral's Row section. Our building does have an elevator.

***Please note there is contstruction going on in our building on the 1st and 2nd floor to repair the sprinklers. This will not affect your stay, however there will be construction crews on site daily. They have completed the work on the 3rd and 4th floor so again, this will not affect your stay just to make you aware.

The primary suite has a queen bed with a full bathroom attached.

The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds.

The living room has a couch but please note this is NOT a pullout couch. It will fit one person and we provide sheets, blanket and pillow.


The kitchen comes equipped with everything you should need (If we forgot something, please let us know!) No need to bring linens (except beach towels) since we provide all sheets, towels, wash cloths, bath mat, and kitchen dish towels.

Please note that this is a pet free and smoke free unit! The resort does not allow pets.

**Linens are included (sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mat, kitchen hand towels)

**Starter pack included (two kitchen trash bags, two dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom). This is just to get you started. Please bring additional items for longer stays.

Please note, the cleaning fee includes 1 parking pass. Additional parking passes are available for $35. You must provide us with 24 hour notice for any additional parking passes.

Trip cancellations due to weather are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase trip insurance.

PLEASE NOTE, due to the scheduling of cleaners in advance, we are unable to accommodate any early check ins or late check outs.

Guest access
Parking passes can be picked up in the lobby of the first building on the left as you enter the resort property (this building is located before getting to security gate.) Please remember if you need an additional pass, the resort charges us $35.00 and we will charge that to you. They need at least 30 minutes to an hour to process this request.

Other things to note
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance during your booking through VRBO. Once your booking is complete, you are unable to purchase the insurance.

DIRECTIONS TO GRACE BY THE SEA: Once you are beyond the security gate, you will make a left at the 1st stop sign. Proceed to the next stop sign and make a right onto Ocean Front Boulevard. You will follow this all the way to the back until you see the Admiral's Row sign. You may park on either side of Building B, although we suggest for easier access with rolling luggage, beach buggies and wheel chairs, to park on the side located next to the smaller swimming pool. This is on the back side of the building. There are awnings on both sides of the building indicating Building B and you should enter there.

This property is a permitted short-term rental with the Town of Hilton Head Island. STR Permit #078272
