This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Golfmaster 101 Villa nestled in the Shipyard Community on Hilton Head Island is waiting for you and your friends and family to come enjoy. This is just the right space for your dream island vacation-to take your family, girls get together, or a guys golf trip. The villa has a full stocked, freshly painted kitchen, plenty of dining space for everyone, and a place to kick back and relax while watching TV and enjoying the beautiful view of the golf course. The kitchen has all new appliances. The 2nd level offers 2 Primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in each room. These bedrooms offer brand new Casper mattresses for a rejuvenating rest at night. The first primary bedroom includes an exclusive porch where guests can enjoy an elevated view of the golf course below. The second primary and queen bunk bedroom solicit other personal porch views on the other side of the condo. All bathrooms provide brand new vanities and are exclusive to each individual bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed over a queen bed, providing room for another couple or group of kids.



This Golfmaster villa will give you nothing but sunny memories as you gather for the ocean, sand, and outdoor activities, such as biking, swimming, water activities, golf, shopping, dining experiences, and lots of laughter.



This spacious villa has a perfect view of the 7th green and fairway of the Clipper Golf Course in Shipyard. The Golfmaster villas are tucked away within Shipyard Plantation. It's location makes it easy to access several of the best restaurants, world-class golf that Hilton Head is famous for and more than enough natural beauty. There is also a community pool and tennis courts for your use. The pool is conveniently located right across from the villa.



The Golfmaster villa is a simple 6-minute drive and/or easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza, which boasts in its beachy restaurants and shopping, and of course, the sandy beaches of Hliton Head. One of our favorite activities right down the road is enjoying Rita’s ice cream and experiencing the community of beach-goers have the time of their lives.

Guest Access:

The guest will receive a code for their specific stay. There is a coded lock on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Golfmaster, in the gated Shipyard Resort, is a 6 minute drive to Coligny Plaza which boasts restaurants and shopping and of course the sandy beaches of Hliton Head. Coligny is also a short bike ride from the villa. You can enjoy people watching while eating Rita's ice cream.



Shipyard Community has twelve miles of bike paths, lagoons, and a variety of wildlife. Shipyard has a private Beach Club with special beach access. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is located amidst Shipyard, where you can reserve a court for tennis or pickleball.



Other Things to Note:

We know that plans change and emergencies arise. Please consider purchasing a travel protection plan either with us as an add on or separately to assure a refund in case of an unexpected disruption to your travel.



101 Golfmaster Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply of the payment made to date. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.



The community fee of $115 includes 1 car pass and a damage protection plan.



PET POLICY: There is a $200 non-refundable deposit for the first pet (dogs only-50 lb max) brought with you. Please make sure to click the "pets" options and it will add the pet fee. If you have additional pets, there will be an additional charge of $150 for each additional pet. Thanks for understanding! Here is the contract below: Guidelines for dogs staying at Property 101 Golfmaster, Hilton Head: 1. Dogs should be leashed at all times while outside. This is different if you are on the beach, and the rules are posted at the beach. 2. Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly. 3. Do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds. 4. Dogs should not be left alone to bark inside the home while owners are absent. 5. Dogs must be on a flea maintenance treatment. 6. Be Our Guest will inspect the property the day of departure. Be Our Guest will do an inspection for torn rugs, furniture or damaged doors/walls. An inspection will also be done on rugs and floors. 7. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 for the 1st dog and $150 for the 2nd dog (plus tax and fees) collected at time of booking. If pet related damages are found upon your departure, any cost for remedy will be assessed upon departure. These charges will be in addition to the pet deposit. 8. Any evidence of excessive dog hair on the floor or evidence of the dog in the bed will result in additional cleaning charges.



Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance.



**There will be a $40-$100(plus tax) car pass fee for each stay added on after the initial booking. This fee depends on your length of stay. If you need a second pass, it will be an additional $40-$100. Please request this at least a week in advance of your stay.
