Welcome to 21 Holloman Trace, our home away from home, close to everything in Hilton Head. 100 steps to the Private Beach Access, connected to North Forest Beach bike paths, and one mile from north of Coligny Plaza (grocery, restaurants, and shopping).

We have sought to equip our modern farmhouse designed home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable while on vacation in paradise.

THE SPACE

SLEEP like a baby in one of our 6 bedrooms each with their own private bath. We have comfy beds for everyone, including 4 master King suites, a 2 queen suite and a bunk room with 2 twins over fulls.

RELAX by the private pool patio and grill on the main level connected directly to the kitchen and screened-in porch.

PLAY in the sand just 100 steps away with no roads to cross. Reconnect as a family as you win games of ping pong, shuffleboard, board games, cards, and play games to your hearts delight.

EAT in our open concept kitchen with a large island that seats 6 and farmhouse table that seats 10. Or enjoy your meal in our screened-in porch and cook burgers for your crew on our large grill.

Can it get any better? We have an elevator if you need it, first and second floor laundry, a second floor coffee bar and sitting room equipped with Keurig coffee, rocking chairs on the covered porch, and a kids lounge on the main level if the adults need some quiet.

There are 12 full size pool/beach towels for all your outdoor needs. We have a beach wagon and 6 folding beach chairs so you are all set for days at the beach. For our guests with young kids we have a booster seat, and a pack and play so no need to lug those either.

Getting around this house is easy. The elevator runs all the way from the ground level to the bedrooms on the second floor to make it hassle-free to transport luggage and navigate this large home. This is perfect for grandparents and those with mobility issues.

There is plenty for the kids to do when they aren't at the pool or the beach. The main level kids' lounge has a pull out couch and two bean bag chairs, a smart TV, and games. Downstairs on the ground level, we have ping pong and a shuffleboard table that are perfect for rainy days or when everybody needs some time out of the sun.

There are 9 smart TVs, including one in the screened in porch by the pool, so streaming is always available.
