We really enjoyed staying at your home. We loved the location. It was in perfect walking distance of the beach and the lighthouse. The home was clean and relaxing. We wish we had time to stay longer.

Spencer is a great host. Responsive and very welcoming. This villa is in a great location and I highly recommend people stay here. It is perfect for two couples.

The kitchen was recently refreshed and it is beautiful. Excellent beverage center with refrigerator. The property is spacious and welcoming. With an excellent mattress in the master bedroom. And comes with 2 bicycles making the commute to beach even faster then a 10 minute walk.

This property has wonderful proximity to the beach! It's exactly a 10 minute walk or an easy bike ride. The space was clean and just how we expected it from the pictures. We traveled with elementary-aged kids and our dogs, and the space worked great for both. We LOVE Sea Pines and were grateful for Spencer, who was an engaged and helpful host. Thanks for an awesome Hilton Head Island experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has its own TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. It's a short walk to the beach, and there are many trails around to just walk or bike. Its very quiet and relaxing and we already know that we want to come back here very soon. This was one of the best experiences we've had and we can only recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing vacation home.

The villa is beautiful and newly updated. Everything was clean and the layout was perfect. The pictures on the listing accurately show the features. Easy walk and or bicycle to the beach club. Check in and out was a breeze.

We’ve stayed here twice and hope to return next year. The location can’t be beat. The villa is spacious and clean. We love that it is ground level with a backyard so our kids can go play in the yard. It also make loading up bikes for our daily beach trips super convenient. We love the fenced in area to store bikes and gear. In Sea Pines, the value for space and location is top tier. The host was highly communicative and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10!

Overall perfect condo for us!

This condo is in a great location in Sea Pines with an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean when we arrived and the owner is really responsive. The condo was exactly what we needed for our vacation!

Highly recommend

Had a great time last week here. Great location. Bruce responds quickly if you need anything. Really the only thing missing is access to a pool but we didn’t miss that too much. Will likely stay here again on our next trip.

Still a great place

We have stayed here many times and continue to come back. The location, the owners, and the comfort, make it our regular stop in HHI. You can't beat the convenience of this villa and it has everything your family needs to ensure a great vacation. Check rates of other villas in the area and you will see why this one gets a lot of repeat business.

Great location & very spacious. Love that it had 2 king bedroom sets and not 2 twins in one room like a lot of rentals. Worked great for our family of 4! (2 Littles!!)
