With a pool to lounge in and close proximity to the beach, this dog-friendly Beachwalk property is an ideal getaway for a relaxing vacation.

The property is surrounded by manicured lawns as well as lush, natural vegetation to make it feel secluded. Yet, it is a short walk to the beach and a few feet from the community's pool. You can spend the day on the sand, at the pool, or take a short drive to the numerous golf courses and tennis clubs on Hilton Head Island.

The main floor of this three-bedroom townhouse features a half-bath, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dining area with beautiful skylight windows. The living room offers ample seating and a sliding door that leads to a patio overlooking the community's lagoon. The master bedroom has a sitting area and a private bath, and the second bedroom also has a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available and dogs are allowed.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

updates badly needed, improper plumbing, dirty carpet!

Location was the only good thing about this property. Although the place was surface clean, so much needed updating! The sinks in all bathrooms and kitchen were gross, flooded/overflowed as the drainage in the sinks and showers was poor. The carpet upstairs was horrific, likely with bacteria and bugs, huge stains, afraid to walk without covered feet. The laundry machines were ancient, the door to the laundry room only opened 1/2 way. Overall, outdated, improper plumbing, horribly dirty carpet. Would not stay there again, despite the good location.

Place was clean and across the street for the wedding venue we were attending. Keurig and ice maker

Keurig and ice maker didn’t work and there were “soft” spots in the floor. Just thought you should know. It served its purpose as it was very close to the wedding venue we attended. Place was clean and easy to access.

Family Fun

Well stocked kitchen . Comfortable beds. Short pleasant walk to beach . Convenient location. Renovations were poorly installed. Kitchen fixtures were installed backwards and no working ice maker in fridge. Very clean. Would stay again.

The stay and vacation was excellent. We could not use the washer in this unit because it leaked. We were not informed of this until we tried to use it and then had to call the property office. The unit was older and needed some renovations. Some had been done but not very well.

Ideal for a family with pets!

We loved this property. It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Closest villa to the beach club-had a great walking path just outside the front door. Owners thought of every detail- From the well stocked kitchen, towel hooks and makeup mirrors in the bathroom to the large screen on the deck To keep the dogs in. The location in HHI Is ideal to everything the island has to offer Highly recommend!

The condo is in the lovely Shipyard Plantation and I cannot say enough good things about the location and neighborhood. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo itself felt a bit out of shape. The master bedroom dresser drawers could barely open and close. The lighting in many rooms was harsh. The bathrooms are definitely updated which is a plus. During our stay we experienced torrential rain and the sound of the rain on the slanted windows was unbelievably loud. The condo was okay but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Vacation rental

The place was nice and community was great. The property could use a good thorough cleaning based on the fact there were cobwebs. Short walking distance to the beach. The grounds are very nice with the walking trials. Pool was also very nice . Plenty to do close by.

My family of seven stayed here. It was a short five minute walk to the beach. The condo was spacious and clean, however the only bed that was comfortable was the master bed. There were plenty of linens and kitchen accessories.
