Luxury Sea Pines Home, Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade

  • Our beautifully updated Sea Pines retreat is thoughtfully designed for relaxing coastal getaways with family and friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, featuring a unique bunk room with three twin beds and a queen bed.

    Enjoy your own private backyard oasis with a fenced pool and a luxurious 75-jet hot tub with lounge seating. Inside, you’ll find stylish furnishings, comfortable gathering spaces, and fun for all ages with a commercial-quality arcade featuring over 3,500 games.

    The beach is easily accessible via the bike path right beside the home — just an 8-minute walk or a quick 4-minute bike ride to the sand.

    Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $30 per week per car.
    In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

Our host was very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location in Sea Pines. We walked to the beach and rode bikes to South beach and Harbour Town in about 10-15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the property Location in Sea Pines. It was quiet and we just loved how the location was so close to the beach and to Harbourtown. The beds were comfortable and the amenities had what we needed for my adult children for my adult children and I, my wife, and I.

This was our second time staying and we loved it even more than the first time! Home is spacious and well stocked. Pool is great, the kids would have stayed in it all day if we let them! Location is perfect - a true home away from home!

Had an amazing stay for the second time around! House had everything needed, was clean, and the perfect amount of space for our family. Our son loved the arcade game, heated pool, and hot tub. The house was in a great central location, and we enjoyed biking to the beach, harbor town, the beach club, south beach, and Lawton stables. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Wonderful for families

Beautiful house, great location, very clean! The kids loved the bunk room, the arcade, and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked for family meals. We would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great Family Friendly Location

We had a great stay, the location was centrally located in Sea Pines, a short bike ride away from the beach and shops. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a nice addition. The arcade area was in constant use and the kitchen had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thanks for a great vacation…

WE traveled to Hilton Head for a marathon and this home provided a convenient relaxing place to return to after running. Easy walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood.

The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners were very nice and responsive. The location was in a quiet area of SeaPines. The beach was within an easy 10 minute walk. It was also a pleasant exercise walk to Harbour Town or an easy bike ride. The pool and hot tub are within a very private yard. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Much needed time away!

Beautiful home, very clean, pictures are exactly as home is, owners were very receptive and easily to get a hold of, and a very easy check in process! Great location with everything being minutes away and just a short walk to the beach! House has everything you need plus more! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. The home was lovely and had everything we needed and more. The beach was a short easy bike ride, even our 7 year old had no problem making the trip. We loved riding all over Sea Pines on the bike trails. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the petting zoo. We also enjoyed playing putt putt and visiting Harbor Town.We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Family vacation

We had a fantastic stay at the beach house! It was perfect for our family. The pool was clean and so much fun for our grandson. It was a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! Definitely would return!

Great location. Walk to the beach was a little long for our little kids but was just fine for the adults and big kids. We enjoyed the house and the pool. Host was quick with all communication. Great stay!

Perfect spot!

This place was perfect for our two families and sets of 4 and 2 year olds. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach with a few bikes. Every amenity you need is there and then some. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We would absolutely book this place again!
