Relax with the whole family at this Westin-affiliated villa with access to all Westin amenities including oceanfront pools, giant pool deck with lounge chairs, state of the art fitness center, bars and restaurants, and private beach! At the villas, enjoy private pools, outdoor grills and picnic tables, and free daily golf and tennis/pickleball at the Port Royal Racquet and Golf Club. This unit is right off the larger condo community pool and features brand new renovated bathrooms!

The space
Bedrooms are configurable to fit your needs, either 1 king bed or 2 singles. The default arrangement is 1 king in the master and 2 twins in the guest room. Other arrangements can be accommodated for a $35 fee. The villa has a washer/dryer unit in-unit, and has a fully stocked kitchen ready with all the essential cooking equipment and tools you'll need. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed in case there are 6 guests. One of the shared villa community pools is right off the back deck, as is one of the shared community grills, so you can easily cook up locally-caught fish every night during your stay!

Guest access
There is no parking pass required for this area of Port Royal, and there is ample parking right outside the villa. There are a few stairs (not wheelchair accessible), but this is a first floor unit, so there's not many. The unit is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the Westin, and an easy bike ride to either.

Other things to note
Check-in will take place at the Westin starting at 4pm the date of your arrival, where the villa will be reserved under your name. You will leave a credit card on file at the Westin for incidentals, and are able to charge drinks/food/spa treatments at the Westin to the villa. The Westin charges a $269 cleaning fee upon check-in.
