We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! We’ve rented many vacation homes before, but this one far exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, and the pool was fantastic. We also loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom—such a rare and convenient feature. The location was perfect, the price was fair, and overall it was an unforgettable stay. We would love to come back!

Such a shame

The house itself is lovely, nicely decorated and well situated. The problem is how it’s maintained. We arrived and it was filthy, stuff was broken, lights missing, the pool was unusable, the outside lights didn’t work so you couldn’t use the garden after dark. The yard also hadn’t been sprayed so I have never seen so many mosquitoes. The bikes provided were a death trap, with the seat on one collapsing half way through a ride, causing an accident. The management company were responsive, but it took four days of a ten day stay to get things resolved, only for them to break again a few days later. The management company claimed it was because we came late in the season, and they do a deep clean and repairs after the main run of guests, but that didn’t help us. Such a shame, could have been idyllic, but as it was we were pleased to be heading home. I guess the lesson from this stay is if you book a property from this company go early in the season only!

Honest review

We recently vacationed at this property. The home is beautiful and the pool was perfect for my family. That said, we were extremely disappointed when we discovered roaches in the home. They were not palmetto bugs, which is what the property manager wanted us to believe. We sent pictures of the roaches, some of which were carrying egg sacks. An exterminator was sent out a few days later, but we continued to see them. We were unable to utilize one of the rooms and lived out of our suitcases in fear that we would bring the roaches home with our belongings. We immediately addressed this concern with the property management, who agreed to contact the owner and get back to us about our concerns. We have heard nothing. It’s unfortunate that we were not able to fully enjoy our stay because the home was otherwise perfect.
