This inviting second-floor villa features two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open coastal-inspired living area with plenty of space for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy peaceful lagoon views overlooking the community pool. It is the perfect setting for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or a relaxing evening after the beach.

At Shelter Cove Harbour, you can explore waterfront restaurants, boutique shops, live music, fishing charters, boat tours, sailing excursions, watersports, and seasonal events. During the summer, the harbour hosts its popular Tuesday-night fireworks celebrations.



Guests also have access to Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, featuring three miles of Atlantic beachfront, three championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball facilities, an 11-mile lagoon system, and miles of paved leisure trails.



Whether your ideal Hilton Head vacation includes beach days, bike rides, golf, boating, shopping, or dinner by the water, this central location puts it all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina is within walking distance, while the beach and other Palmetto Dunes attractions are a quick bike ride, shuttle trip, or drive away.



The complimentary Dunes Buggy operates seasonally, generally from mid-March through mid-September, and provides transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove.



Biking is one of the best ways to explore Hilton Head Island. The area’s extensive leisure-path network connects guests with beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses, and nearby attractions.



A vehicle is helpful for exploring destinations outside the Shelter Cove and Palmetto Dunes area.

• This is a second-floor villa.

• The pool, spa, parking areas, and other community amenities are shared.

• One parking pass is included with the reservation.

• Additional parking passes are available for $35 each and must be arranged in advance.

• Parking passes must be collected from our nearby office before parking at Anchorage and entering Palmetto Dunes

• The Dunes Buggy operates seasonally and availability is subject to its operating schedule.

• Golf, tennis, pickleball, bicycle rentals, watersports, and certain resort amenities are not included in the nightly rate.

• Exterior security cameras present
