  • ¡Sé uno de los primeros en disfrutar de esta villa bien decorada! Esta villa de tres dormitorios y cuatro baños es perfecta para familias y grupos de golf / tenis. Cada habitación tiene dos camas Queen, y una de las habitaciones del segundo piso tiene una cama individual adicional. La cocina está bien equipada con gabinetes personalizados y encimeras de granito, mientras que el comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas. Disfrute de la gran terraza privada y la parrilla de gas Weber, perfectas para comidas al aire libre o entretenidas. La playa está a pocos pasos o en bicicleta de esta hermosa villa de Hickory Cove.

Family golf outing

Great place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for our September trip to HHI. There was ample space for two families and a grandpa, and the walk to the beach was much faster than we expected. The place is newly redone with a cute beach vibe. The only complaint I have is that the dishwasher seemed like it needed to be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: Was a good stay close to beach and pickleball courts. Air conditioning was way too loud. One tub in bedroom stopper didn’t work and tub didn’t drain in other. Dishwasher rack kept falling off track when you tried to pull it out.

We were not happy that we had to pay 3 extra car passes. Everything else was good.

Good for golf

My only complaint is the ridiculous strict control and intensity of the gate guards. Don't forget your pass or invite a guest.

9 Hickory Cove

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a very bad odor of mold and mildew. It’s evident that there is most likely water damage somewhere within the unit. It was an overall interference to enjoying the stay. Beyond the odor, the unit was not very clean. Bedding had urine stain on it that smelled terribly, sheets that had old blood stain, and a general odor of unclean bedding. The bathroom floor mats were not washed and also stained. The headboard was broken with staples sticking out. Housekeeping helped resolve bedding issues and maintenance tried to fix the headboard. Sadly, our stay was not what we had hoped for. The main perk to the unit was the proximity to the beach.

Overall good central Palmetto Dunes location resort

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: Very nice updated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, quiet toilets and good bathrooms, nice upstairs carpeting, easy access to beach and eateries at PD. Community pool is good. Not so good: Musty smell especially second floor, second floor beds seemed to be double beds, not queen size, and decks had not been cleaned. I kept the upstairs dehumidifier running and emptied it all the time. The villa should have been updated along with the kitchen. We have stayed in PD for almost 15 summers and the villas we stayed in previously had nicer furniture and window treatments.

The property contents were in good condition (linens, kitchen items, furniture, decor) however the cleanliness of the place left some to be desired. The entire flooring had a grit to it and left our feet black (along with our crawling baby’s legs) almost immediately. The master bathroom had hair in the shower when we opened it to use it, and the master bedroom had a large bug smashed on the wall. These may seem small, but after a cleaning crew has come, these should be obvious things that need attention. Some area rugs, even outdoor style rugs, would have been welcomed in the main living area and master bedroom.

Moms Trip

Loved the number of bathrooms and size of the bedrooms! Also enjoyed the proximity to the pool! Wish we were a little closer to the ocean but loved how empty the beaches were!

Thanksgiving vacation

The location was perfect. Close walk to the beach and dune house restaurant. Property had some problems. Carpets extremely stained and construction of decks going on that we weren’t aware of ahead of time. Also a leaky pipe which called for a plumber to come inspect. Property managers handled that issue in a timely manner and were very pleasant. The kitchen was pretty new and was great for making our thanksgiving dinner. Overall there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we had an enjoyable week. Definitely helped that the weather was awesome☀️

Very nice!

Great space for a large group. We had 8 ladies and we enjoyed the big bedrooms with their own bathrooms.😀
