The Space:
Step into comfort and style at this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath Heritage Villa in the heart of Sea Pines. Thoughtfully designed with coastal touches and modern finishes, this spacious villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, offering ideal privacy for families or groups of up to ten. The primary suite includes a king bed, while the two additional guest rooms provide two full beds each.

The fully updated kitchen opens to a comfortable living and dining space, creating a great flow for gathering. Step outside to your private patio, surrounded by lush landscaping, and enjoy meals or evening drinks in the beautifully furnished outdoor seating area.

Whether you're winding down after a beach day or getting ready for a Harbour Town adventure, this villa offers a relaxing retreat with all the comforts of home.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire villa to yourself! We will provide a unique door code for your party!

Located just a mile from the beach, guests can easily hop on the complimentary Sea Pines trolley—just steps from the villas—for a scenic ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or South Beach Marina. You’ll also enjoy easy access to the nearby Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, both filled with restaurants, boutiques, and vacation activities. With miles of scenic bike trails, proximity to Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve, and a peaceful community setting, Heritage Villas makes the perfect base for a classic Hilton Head Island getaway.

Getting around Sea Pines is part of the fun! Hop on the complimentary seasonal trolley for easy access to Harbour Town, the Beach Club, and South Beach Marina. The walking trails throughout Sea Pines make it easy to stroll to shops, restaurants, and the beach while soaking in the natural beauty of Hilton Head.
