Ideal for a small family getaway or romantic escape for two, Queens Grant 717 is a charming home offering an open layout, a comfortable living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, and a full, well-equipped kitchen. Just outside, accessible via a sliding glass door off the living room, there is a private, furnished patio with a gas grill that overlooks the nearby lagoon. Guests here will also have access to a total of five community pools.

You'll have direct access to three world-class golf courses (additional fees required), an award-winning tennis center, and an 11-mile interconnected lagoon system for canoeing and kayaking. And when you want to hit the beaches, this condo is a short drive or even walk from some of the best beaches on the island.

Wonderful apartment!!!

This location is our very favorite thus far in Palmetto Dunes! Everything was just great . Check in at PD would have been more convenient, that is the only down side I can think of. Hope to be back next year !!

Hilton Head Home

It was a wonderful home away from home. The kids enjoyed two pools and we loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. Watched the wildlife around the area and enjoyed the sunsets. I would stay here again definitely!!

Good location, comfortable furniture. If we couldn't get into the Disney Resort (which we couldn't, for the first time in 12 years), this was the next best thing. Thank you.

Pleasant condo, pleasant stay

Very nice decor, clean, and quiet. A bit off the beach but the serene pond with fountain (and alligator!) add to the experience. Master bath a bit small, but clean and useful. Well supplied with kitchen gadgets, games, puzzles, and beach things if you are so inclined.

Perfect condo in a great location

We loved the condo. It was so clean and bright and it had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect. We walked to the General Store, the beach by the Dunes restaurant, on the trails. The pond out front was so,pretty. We rented e-bikes from Avacado Bikes. It’s next to Duck Donuts and the Fresh Market. Dakota was so great at getting us set up. We rode all over but the most fun was riding on the beach! With a little pedal assist you can go really far without getting worn out. Awesome experience! The condo was so great and we would definitely stay there again Favorite restaurant is It’s Greek To Me. .

Unit was smaller than what pictures show. Master bathroom was a broom closet...not impressed. Deck constantly needed cleaned due to overhanging trees. Parking is a joke - we were told we had two designated spots but no spaces were labeled and lot was always full so we had to find other lots to park in. Not fun. Pool bathroom area was a mess, garbage was full all week...gross. I would choose another location next time. For the price we paid it was not worth it. You expect better for the money you spend here.

Good place to stay

My wife and I were down on a little couples getaway for several days looking to buy an investment property, and this little place popped up to stay in so we snagged it, because it wasn't too bad priced. Nice place to stay, very clean and close to the pond. My wife loved the ducks and watching all the birds. We have a farm with ducks and chickens and horses, so we felt at home! Love the location right near the front of Palmetto Dunes, easy to get out and in and don't have to go through guard house all the time! Great for our getaway, but might be tough if we brought the kids along getting down to the beach from here, just the distance to travel. Only reason I say this is we usually rent homes behind the guard gates and there's not usually a long walk or bicycle stroll to the beach. But overall, great place to stay! Vacas rental company could of been a little friendlier with check-in and instructions. Never even got a text saying the place was ready after went by and picked up our welcome packet, so we just went over to see for ourselves at 4 o'clock. So this is the reason for the 4 stars. Home was Great!!

Good location but somewhat outdated

Villa had everything we needed, however the decor is someone out dated. Very small master bathroom. Nice lagoon view.

Lovely place- just as pictured

It's somewhat difficult to select a property just by looking at the photos.. However, the photos of this property did the villa justice. We were impressed by the cleanliness and amenities, especially the well provisioned kitchen. It had every pot, pan, dish and glass needed to serve 2 or 8. We especially liked the front deck which was enclosed by a railing and shaded by 2 large trees, allowing our dogs to join us without being leashed. The property is close to the beach by bike and close to restaurants and shopping by car. We really liked the new Poseidon restaurant near Belks. The two minor problems we had were fixed immediately by the staff. We hope to repeat our stay there next year.
