Enjoy this Direct Oceanfront Breakers Villa, Deluxe one bedroom, one bath villa. It features a King one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. This condo is best suited for two people, but does sleep 3-4 maximum. This has a full kitchen with all new appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and its own washer and dryer. There is a closet with hangers for hanging clothes. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Jan 2025), decorated and updated with new EVERYTHING. High speed secure private WI-FI. Desk with charging station and view of the ocean while you work remotely. 65" Smart TV. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Book early and secure your favorite week.

Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful Forest Beach area and I believe this Hilton Head Island Oceanfront property offers the most beautiful beach on Hilton Head Island. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

Everything was perfect. The newly redone condo gorgeous. Absolutely beautifully done. Everything was very clean and the few from the condo is amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to the same spot again.

Room was very clean, except ceiling fans extremely dusty. I liked the view from the balcony, but would have loved watching the ocean from the bed. Room was smaller that expected. Host was very informative and responsive. I never received a phone number for direct contact, but I didn't inform the host. The concierge team provided excellent service and support, to include trouble shooting car issues.

Excellent! Remodel was great and convenient to everything. Beautiful oceanfront view from the private balcony. Mattress was comfortable. Sheets didnt stay on real well. TV in bedroom did not work entire time but we made do! Perfect for 2 people. We absolutely love staying at Jennifer's place!! Will be back!

Perfect Location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head! The unit was very clean and recently remodeled, just as advertised. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the beach and right across the street from great restaurants and shops. One unexpected highlight was the chance to feed a friendly deer that visited our balcony in the mornings and evenings—such a special experience! We’d definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised, clean, modern, and oceanfront. Very walkable area. Coligny Plaza was across the street; easy walking access to restaurants and shops. Owner was very attentive to our minor issues.

First time being to Hilton Head. What a great place. Beautiful. Location was great. Just step out and you can find many shops and places to eat within steps. My only complaint was only having 2 wash clothes. So we washed alot. Lol Lords wlling Ill be back to the same condo. Very pleased!

Most Enjoyable and Relaxing VRBO!

First of all the Host, Jennifer was so amazing and helpful. She stayed in contact with us throughout the booking process and answered any questions we may of had.The pictures online are exactly what the unit has. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. All the amenities were top of the line which made our stay so memorable. If you want rest and relaxation no need to look any further than this unit.We live in San Diego and if we return to Tybee Island this will be our destination.

Beach Front

The beachfront property was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening overlooking the ocean. The condo was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were really nice and up to date. Although the bed was comfortable, the sheet was tattered and torn and the bedcovering looked old and was stained. A small thing perhaps but takes away from the otherwise really nice condo. Also, the VRBO photos show a pool with the pool bar. That is the adjacent property. The property pool is nice, but no pool bar and little shade from the SC sun. Perhaps not misleading, but it had me fooled.

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time in Hilton Head on our first visit. This unit is so great! Was perfect for 2 adults. It has a great view of the ocean! The beach, shopping, and dining were so very close. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would highly recommended this unit!

Great "On The Beach" Unit!

The recent remodeling was terrific! Great location - direct beach view from the 2nd floor. Close to everything - restaurants, shops, bikes, etc. Good communication with the property owner - Jennifer. Convenient parking.

The unit was remodeled and well equipped. The location is great for those that wish to be walking distance to Coligny activity yet private with an unobstructed ocean view. The bed was excellent but I missed my pillow.

This condo has it all!

Not only is the view unbeatable, but this newly renovated condo is perfection! Jennifer, from start to finish was the perfect host. She answered any and all questions immediately. The furnishings in this home are top quality and the location is ideal for getting to stores, restaurants, golf and bike trails. We will be back!
