Hard flooring spans the property, and the open floor plan has a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a tiled back splash. Sliding doors from the living area lead to the private balcony with comfortable furniture and partial ocean views.

The bedroom area features a king bed, desk and Smart TV. The bathroom has a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Sea Side Villas is a gated community located right in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach with 2 pools, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). The complex has parking free under the buildings and the surrounding gated, secure community.

Seaside allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.

The villas are just a short five minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, bars and restaurants! Stroll down to the Tiki Hut which is an island favorite beach bar and enjoy live music daily during the season. Parks, golf courses, live music, shops, walking/biking paths and fun surround the area!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
