Fully remodeled 2 story, first floor villa with private courtyard located in Hilton Head Beach Club. Reserved parking at your front door makes unloading a breeze. This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first floor washer/dryer for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool, or beach just one block away. Tennis, biking, shopping and dinning at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the villa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Great location and spot to stay. Clean and perfect for a family or just a couple of people. The location is excellent. Short walk to everything you need. What you see is actually what you get staying here. No surprises and everything is updated. The owners are great and everything was so easy and turnkey. The only small recommendation I would be to upgrade the WiFi. Other than that, it's an awesome place and I look forward to coming back !!!!

An immaculate and gorgeous property! Exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, great location that made for a lovely get away. Communication with the owner was prompt and cordial. We had a WIFI issue that the owner got on immediately, and this was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful time!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The mattress was very comfy. The shower is life changing. The pool was adequate. It's just steps away from the Celebration Park, Beach, bike trails, and Coligny Plaza. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! One of the biggest highlights was having plenty of towels and supplies for our family — which is something we’ve found lacking in other rentals. It was such a relief not having to do laundry constantly, which honestly made this feel more relaxing than a hotel stay.The home itself was beautifully updated with thoughtful touches throughout, and the location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

Four mature women travelled to Hilton Head for our 23rd Annual Girls TripExcellent location to beach and shoppingWalker friendly community.  Scenic walk to beach. Owner provided large beach cartAlso biker friendly community but many bikers were not friendlyBunk beds in one bedroom are for children not adults.  In same room temp was hot because regular bed partially covered the AC ventNot senior friendly. Close to the beach

The rental was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and within walking distance to many restaurants. The best part was its close proximity to the beach. Maybe 5 - 10 minutes away. The owners were easy to contact as well.

Wonderful rental. Everything was clean, fantastic beach supplies, and location was perfect for a family. Within a small walk to the beach, pirates playground, and dinner options. Have marked this rental as one of my favorites for Hilton Head.

Perfect location and fully stocked

Our group loved this property. It was in a great location with walking distance to Coligny Beach and Coligny Plaza. It was also only 10-15 mins drive from many other locations on the island. The property was very clean and renovated, fully stocked with cooking utensils, extra toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods, etc. The owners put a lot of thought into this property. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd stay in this condo!

We love this condo due to the privacy of the back patio. I love to sit outside so it was amazing. The inside could’ve used some better cleaning. We couldn’t walk around the place with no shoes on without our feet turning black. Still giving this condo 5 stars due to everything else was great.
