Welcome to the Sea-Clusion, 5 Guscio Way, your luxury escape to the beach. Your escape starts with our exclusive concierge service. Beth, our on – site manager will reach out to you two weeks prior to your arrival to help you make your stay truly special. She will help you book your favorite restaurant or make a recommendation for you, arrange for a massage or manicure, set up your bike rentals, recommend in-home chefs and arrange for that family photo at the beach.

From the moment you walk in to our home you will feel the first class quality and comfort. We built and furnished it to offer everything that you will need to experience the vacation you will always remember. Four floors of luxury are served by the elevator.

Ten foot ceilings and full ocean view windows on the first floor offer an un-obstructed view of the ocean. The great room includes a large sectional and seating around the Smart HDTV and fireplace. High speed internet supports your Roku or other streaming device. Connect your phone to the sound system which includes poolside speakers that you control.

The first floor gourmet kitchen includes two JennAir ovens, two Bosch dishwashers, built in beverage cooler, two sinks with disposals and stand alone ice maker so you’ll never run out. Seating is ample around the bar area and the dining room table seats ten. Ocean views are included!

The owner's suite on the first floor includes a king bed and gorgeous master bath. A whirlpool tub and separate stone shower are included along with a large double sink vanity area and walk in closet.

On the first floor you will find a second bedroom with a queen and a full bath. Also, on the first floor is the primary of two laundry rooms. But the best part is the door to the large deck that faces the pool and ocean.

The second floor includes four bedrooms. Enter the primary owner’s suite through the double doors and a floor to ceiling wall of glass brings the ocean into the suite. Or walk out to your balcony for a closer view of the sunrise. Tommy Bahama king bed and furnishings, a walk in stone shower with rain head, whirlpool tub, large walk in closet, bidet….it has it all.

A second ocean front bedroom offers a wall of windows and again, a Tommy Bahama king bedroom suite. A large ocean front balcony is also part of the deal!

The third bedroom on this floor offers two queens with private bath and of course beautiful furniture and decorating. And, the fun room for the kids is a double bunk-room with two doubles on the bottom and twins on the top. It has a large bathroom with shower and it sleeps six kids with room to spare.

Welcome to the third level. It’s like another home within the home. Another large living area awaits you with fireplace, smart HDTV and fifteen foot ceilings. A second full kitchen is here. Many of our guests use the second full size refrigerator as overflow for the first floor unit. Step out onto the balcony for the best views from the home. The second laundry facility is found on this floor.

The third floor also includes a beautiful king bedroom and private bath. The floor is completed with a separate full bath that supports the sleeper sofa in the living area to create the 8th bedroom and bath.

When we built the Sea-Clusion we made sure that the outdoor amenities included a large oceanfront pool (28'x13'), much larger than most of the Hilton Head homes. It can be heated for an additional charge. Outside you will also find a hot tub with heat included in your rental, sun deck, outdoor gas grill, two outdoor dining tables, plenty of deck furniture for entertaining and relaxing around the pool, and a location that is direct beach front and as close as you can get to the ocean in Hilton Head.

We are a short bike ride to shopping and entertainment in the Cologny Plaza area.

Another perfect Spring Break at Sea-Clusion

Repeat stay because it’s such a great house. Everything you need - pool, beach, bike to Coligny and beyond, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. We were 8 adults and 8 kids and we fit perfect. Thanks Gary and Beth for another awesome Spring Break!

Girl’s Trip

This was a return visit for me and my sister. We had a family trip here in 2018. It was so nice, we wanted to come back. This time there was 5 of us who are long time friends. We did not need this large of a property but our previous experience was so awesome, we just had to return and bring our friends to see it and enjoy staying here. It was lovely and we all had a great time. The house was nice in 2018 and six years later it was just as nice. It’s an indication of how these owners take care of their property. Thanks so much.

A Plus Property!

This was our second time at this property and it was fantastic again. Great amenities, great location, great owner. House is large enough for everyone to have their own space and also for everyone to be together. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great stay in Hilton Head

Really enjoyed the house. It is beautiful and well maintained. Beth, the manager, was there to greet us and promptly answered any questions we had. Our family of 16 were comfortable in the spacious rooms. The owner provided 4 bikes which was a nice touch.

Great Family Gathering Place!

Our family is spread far and wide. This location was great in terms of easy airport access and Hilton Head amenities. The home was perfect for our 9 adults and 6 kids (with room to spare!). Depending upon weather (it was very windy!), we played on the beach or at the pool. Our concierge was friendly, responding quickly to any questions we had. We are already considering rebooking for next year. Thanks for a great time 5 Guscio Way!

Sun, fun, and the perfect rental

We totally recommend this house. It provided everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Hilton Head. It was very clean, well-appointed, and the number and layout of bedrooms was perfect for our multi-generational family of 14. We especially enjoyed the ease of transitioning from the beautiful beach to the backyard pool and hot tub, and having an ample supply of quality beach towels available for our use. Also the owner provided a generous "starter" supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom as well as dish soap, paper products, and pods for the clothes and dish washers, which was an unexpected but much appreciated bonus.

A Week of Heaven

Outstanding Home!!

We had a wonderful time. This house has all the amenities. There are 2 dishwashers in the main kitchen, a separate ice maker, multiple coffee pots (Keurig & drip), and a separate beverage refrigerator too! Plenty of room for everyone. The view is outstanding, and the cleanliness of the home was spotless. There are 2 washers and dryers. The elevator was so helpful for our senior relatives and bringing up luggage and groceries. The pool was perfect for us. We struggled with getting the hot tub to heat constantly. However, I believe some of the issues might be user error. Manager-Beth was very helpful with answering any of our questions. Previous review there was mention of worn furniture. We did NOT find this to be the case, and everything was in A-1 condition! They provided 4 bikes and were nice to have.The TV’s were easy to use, and eventually we figured out how to use the speakers. Helpful hints for future vacationers: There are plenty of beach towels. No beach chairs, but we did a lot of walking on the beach and really didn’t need chairs. We paid for the heated pool and the temperature was perfect. We had to buy salt and pepper, and if you are a coffee drinker you will need coffee filters. We brought extra laundry & dishwasher pods, and dish soap just in case (which we used). They provided bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Most of the bathrooms in the house had blowdryers. Excellent vacation and we truly appreciate the use of this beautiful home! Thank you!!

Great place for kids who can bike to stores or on the beach and heated pool and hot tub great for everyone. Beach is right in back of house. House well furnished and great kitchen if you plan to do own cooking.

Great vacation home on the beach for families

Property was great and exactly as described in the listing. We were three families of 4, 5 and 5 and the room configurations worked out perfectly. The apartment like third floor was super useful. All the different spaces made privacy available when needed. The view was spectacular. The concierge was so responsive and helpful! We have already re-booked for next year!

Sea-Clusion thoughts

Awesome house, awesome view. Parking is atrocious. We never were able to get the Hot tub to heat up. The TV’s in the bedrooms were hard to use and many in the house couldn’t get normal channels to play. The living room sofa is worn and very uncomfortable. Beth the property manager is easy to contact and helpful.

Multi-family Thanksgiving vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful ocean front home. From booking to check-in to check-out, the process was seamless. The home was spacious with plenty of room for all 17 of us. Having two kitchens (with three ovens, three dishwashers and two refrigerators) was extremely helpful when prepping for large family dinners - including Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the addition of heat was well worth it for a couple of cool November days that week. The property was immaculate, and we had no issues during our stay. The property manager checked in frequently and also clued us in to events going on in HHI. We also truly appreciated the rental of 4 bikes for all to enjoy. This home is a gem, it was perfect for our families. We would love to return! Thanks again!

50th Anniversary stay with family

We had a great stay. The house was so big and roomy and in such great shape. We enjoyed everything. Some enjoyed bike riding, some the ocean, some just walking or sitting on the beach. The access to the beach was just a short walk away and the views from the balcony and porch were great. Everyone did their own thing during the day but we all came together at night for dinner. The large table was perfect for us. Over all it was a great 50th Anniversary for us. Thank you

Beautiful, immaculate, functional - best of everything

This gorgeous beach-front home was perfect for our 3 generations of family of 18, ages 1 to 65. The beautiful view of the ocean from three floors, easy access (sand path, no steps) to the beach, and the private pool evoked a relaxing vibe. Every couple had their own BR and bath and the room with 4 bunk beds was perfect for the older kids. Linens, beach towels, and outdoor seating are top notch. We ate all meals in and appreciated the fully equipped kitchens (2), 3 dishwashers, and all the eating areas. The owner arranged 4 free bikes for the week, which were there when we arrived, and got used daily. We had a small maintenance hiccup; the property manager responded immediately and it was fixed promptly. And finally, the house is just minutes away by car (or a good bike ride) to Coligny Plaza, which has every kind of bar, dining and shopping one could want. We took the grandkids for ice cream and T-shirts on our last day and it was the perfect vacay ending for them. It’s a fantastic property, hope we can revisit sometime.
