Lots to do, biking, golf, pickleball and relaxing on the screened porch with private, wooded view! This home is close to the bike/walking trails.

Bathroom and kitchen renovations completed in February of 2024, professionally designed, they are gorgeous!

This 3-bedroom home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Greenwood Forest, close to the shops and restaurants of Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Sea Pines Center.

Enjoy the Greenwood Forest pool. playground, tennis, and basketball. There is a neighborhood path to the back of Sea Pines Center that shortens the distance to Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town. Sea Pines offers miles of white sandy beaches, bike/leisure trails, tennis, golf, and pickleball. Take a sunset or dolphin cruise from Harbour Town or The Salty Dog. Don't miss the restaurants and bar at The Sea Pines Beach Club with views of the ocean. Sea Pines has 3 public golf courses. Shopping and dining are available in Sea Pines Center, Harbour Town (waterside) and South Beach Marina (waterside). You may want to enjoy brunch at Links, the restaurant at the Harbour Town Golf Clubhouse with unlimited Bloody Mary's and Mimosas on Saturday and Sunday!

The living room has a new sofa pit grouping to enjoy while watching the 65" smart TV. There is also a rolling table and 3 stools that can be used for additional seating. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the necessities for great family meals including serving bowls and platters. The kitchen has new appliances The dining room table has comfortable seating for 8. The screen porch has seating for 4 and includes a 36" smart TV. The bedroom configuration is a King Ensuite, a Queen bed guest room, and a Full/Twin Bunk bed with a trundle bed. All the bedrooms have 43" smart TVs. In case you do have to do some work on your vacation there is an office area off the kitchen. The desk has AC and USB plugs along with a monitor to plug your laptop into.

The home is pet friendly so your furry family members can enjoy the family vacation also.

We try to provision all of our rentals so that a group can prepare and enjoy Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner together or Grandma can make a birthday cake to celebrate that special grandchild's birthday. You can always call us if you're missing something that you need to make your stay special.

We have a selection of children's items including a high chair, pack n' play and beach toys as well as a selection of games and puzzles so that you can enjoy time together.

We met our adult children for vacation and had a great time. The house is spacious and we were so glad we could being our golden doodle. We saw lots of deer and birds at the house and alligators in nearby ponds which we enjoyed. We loved all the bike trails and beautiful large trees for shade.

We love this property! We stayed here one other time, and knew it was a home to return to. The renovated bathrooms are beautiful and complete the experience for us of feeling truly relaxed and restored - surrounded by nature in our happy place. Love that we can bring our furry family members too!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. We grilled out on the back patio for the nights we were there and that was enjoyable. Host was very responsive.

We had the best visit at this home! Tom was excellent with all communication before we even checked in, and had a gorgeous and clean home. Everything was very well stocked for our trip, all rooms were updated and the main bedroom bed slept like a dream. We were so lucky to find this home!

We had an amazing week on Hilton Head Island and really enjoyed this Greenwood Forest gem. The pool was wonderful and so many deer!! We will be back to this house again

This was a good stay for us. Good upgrades in the property and we found me the interior to be clean and plenty of fresh towels. Plenty of space for our family of five. The home is in a dead end and very private location. Kitchen is well appointed and plenty of silver wear and plates. Enough to do some breakfasts and light lunches at the house. The beds were comfortable and the living space as well. Back yard left a little to be desired: the two adult bikes were pretty rusted, and when we arrived someone had taken the grill cover and put it over the bikes. The provided beach cart was just exposed in the backyard on a bench, and leaves were everywhere. Fortunately we brought or rented our bikes and had no need to utilize the backyard. Upon arrival there was a decent amount of trash on the side yard, looked like an animal got into the trash can. There is really no place to lock up bikes, so this became a bit of a challenge for us. I was glad I brought a tarp to protect our bikes from the elements. There are no blinds in the rear of the home, which was a little odd (master bedroom had a curtain). Felt a little like a fish bowl at night in the living room and dining area. Not a big deal but would be nice to have. If the price was right we would stay here again.

We started coming to Hilton Head when the world shut down and we are thankful Sea Pines stayed open. We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was close to beach and lighthouse and easy exit if you want to hit local restaurants or Bluffton. The home was clean and large enough for 6 and more. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very responsive. See you all next year.

Very nice 3 bed/2 bath home all on one level with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings. Saw that there were board games and toddler/infant supplies (high chair, play crib). Good communication with property manager, quiet, friendly area. Also nice that it was dog friendly. Would come again.

We loved our stay at 9 wildwood court! We came from out of town for our wedding. It was so important that we had our dogs at our wedding so we struck gold when we found this beautiful pet friendly home. The home was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for us! Tom was extremely responsive to anything that we needed! We hope to come back in the future!

Good space for 4 adults and 2 children. Enjoyed the screened in back porch for the rainy days. Shower/baths were a bit outdated and beds very hard but enjoyed being surrounded by bike paths and close to all of sea pines.
