Welcome to your home away from home on Hilton Head Island! This newly renovated 1-bedroom condo with all new furnishings is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Nestled just a short walk from the beach and the famous Salty Dog Café, you're in the heart of Sea Pines fun with dining, shopping, biking, pickleball and sun-soaked relaxation right at your doorstep, not to mention nearby access to some of the state’s most iconic golf courses.

Inside, you'll find a spacious king bed in the master bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair in the living area—comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family beach trip, there's plenty of room to unwind.

Enjoy the ease of a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, free WiFi, live TV, and all the essentials to make your stay stress-free. Sip your morning coffee on the patio before strolling to the sand, or come back after a day of adventure to kick back and relax.

Whether you're here for the beach, the bikes, the golf, or the seafood, you'll love calling this cozy condo your island retreat.

Please note that while this is a first floor property, there are about 10 steps up and down to access the property.

Sea Pines is a gated community, and all guests are required to purchase a short-term rental pass upon arrival at the gate ($20 cash). This pass grants you access to the community for the duration of your stay.

We had an amazing stay! Great location, super close to south beach and the salty dog. Twenty minute bike ride to harbour town and sea pines. The condition of the condo is amazing, super clean and no signs of wear anywhere. The bed is a little firm but that was not a problem. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this excellent condo. It is a spacious one bedroom unit with an excellent kitchen, spacious living room with a large sofa bed and loveseat sofa bed, and a nice sized bedroom. The furniture and appliances are like new and state of the art. The location is a very short walk from the Salty Dog complex and across a lightly traveled street from the beach which faces Calibogue Sound and is calmer than Oceanside. The only suggestion I have is to replace the tray in the microwave to one that fits better.

There were so many highlights to our recent trip to Sea Pines it’s hard to know where to start. The communication from the hosts leading up to our trip was clear and helpful, and we had no issues finding the property and getting settled.The condo is immaculate! The entire unit must have recently been renovated, as everything felt fresh, clean, and brand new. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for basic meal prep and dining. We loved the king-sized bed, and appreciated the thoughtful touches like charging ports on the bedside tables, a first aid kit in the bathroom, and even few k-cups to use in the coffee maker. The smart TVs were easy to use, and we had no issues logging into our various streaming accounts to enjoy some shows or movies in the evenings. During the height of summer vacations, the complex never felt over-crowded and even though the unit is on the ground floor, there was very little noise from any units above or beside, which was a pleasant surprise.The location was perfect. We enjoyed the 2-minute walk to the Salty Dog Café, the 5 minute walk to the beach, and the quick drive (or bike ride!) to Harbour Town. We didn’t get a chance to golf on this trip, but plan to come back soon with our clubs. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Great spot!

Definitely a great find when I was looking for a spot for a quick getaway. The location is awesome as you can walk to the beach and walk to the Salty Dog. Take the sunset cruise and enjoy a great boat ride and good drinks.
