Escape to this charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa located just a short walk from the highly desirable Coligny Beach Park and Plaza. Nestled in the South Forest Beach area at Courtside Villas, this second-story unit is the perfect place for singles, families or groups of friends. Located 5 minutes from the beach and near golf courses, shops, and restaurants.

Whether you're here for the beaches, dining, shopping, or local entertainment, this condo is ideally located. Park your car upon arrival and forget about it—you can walk, bike or take the trolley to all the island’s hotspots! Spend your days lounging at one of the multiple beach access points, savoring local cuisine, or enjoying live entertainment. The famous Lowcountry Celebration Park and its natural beauty are also just minutes away.

During your stay, you’ll have access to Courtside Villas' amenities, including two pools and tennis courts, with one hour per day free of tennis at the nearby Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Hilton Head Island boasts over 30 golf courses, almost 120 miles of scenic bike paths, and endless outdoor activities like parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. Explore over 230 restaurants and 250 shops, or simply unwind by the pool.

KITCHEN : Fully equipped with new pots and pans, dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig K-Duo single serve and carafe coffee maker (with pods included), blender, grill, toaster, leftover containers, ziplock bags, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, paper towels, garbage bags

LAUNDRY: In unit full size washer and dryer, complimentary laundry pods, iron, ironing board and laundry basket

FEATURES: Books, children's games, beach wagon, coolers, beach toys for kids and adults, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 pools - one is 30 feet from the back door and the other is across the parking lot, hardwood floors throughout, 65" tv in family room, walk to beach in 5 minutes

GENERAL: Free WiFi, A/C & heating, plenty of linens & towels, cleaning supplies, 3 flatscreen smart tvs (family room and both bedrooms) with cable on 2 tvs, washer & dryer

NOTE: This condo is on the building's 2nd floor and does not include elevator access. No pets allowed at Courtside Villas

There are 2 pools on the property (one outside the back door and the other across the parking lot) that is fenced in with a keycode to access the pool. There is a maximum of 2 cars permitted to park on the property (but plenty of parking spaces!) There is a Hilton Head noise regulation for the entire island: It is unlawful to unreasonable disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes & public spaces; quiet hours are between 10:00p and 7:00a though noise regulations are in force 24 hours each day.

HHI late fall 2024

We had an excellent stay. As advertised the condo had everything needed for our long stay. It is very close to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants near Coligny Park. We loved that there was a Sleep Number bed in the master as we have the same thing at home. We plan to visit the same condo again next fall.

Great stay!

This condo was much larger than we first anticipated! Great layout, loved the easy access to the pool from the back balcony. Shopping and food was a quick 15 minute walk (even with kids!). The beach was also a close walk, where we got to see dolphins from the beach! Definitely recommend this concdo

Beautifully Maintained Condo

Me & my family rented this unit and we could not have been happier with the cleanliness, all the amenities, and most of all the excellent communication we had with the condo owner!! She was outstanding to deal with! We will absolutely be renting this unit again when we return in 2026!!

Great Place to Stay at Courtside (10 minute walk to Beach)

We have stayed at many condos at Courtside before and this one was very nice and at a great price. The condo had everything we needed!! The Kitchen was fully stocked with everything (cups, plates, pans, toaster, griddle, Kuerig and K-cups, coozies). I very much appreciated the different size ziplock bags available to use and providing the Dishwasher Detergent, Laundry Detergent, and Dryer Sheets. The sectional couch was big enough for our family of 5 to watch the Olympic Trials. We didn't take advantage of the many family games and books provided for us but I thought that was a great touch. The closet had about 3-4 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, spike ball, a nice cooler to use, and some fold up chairs. There was about 8-10 beach towels available to use, as well as plenty of regular towels to use after showers and they were nice quality. I was impressed by the additional Toilet paper available in each bathroom and the little amenities to use that were available under the sink if you needed them, plus a hair dryer in each bathroom. Our upstairs King Bed was very spacious, I'd say it was a California King, and the other bedroom with 2 beds worked great for our 3 kids to share (16, 13, and 9 yr olds) They offered additional blankets in the upstairs closets and not just any blankets nice warm Ugg Blankets!! The owner was extremely responsive even when she was out of town on a cruise. We loved this condo and will definitely stay again!!

Great location!

The condo was close to the beach and had all the amenities. Although we brought everything we needed the owner has the place stocked with anything you would ever need. It was nice to stay at a place that seemed like you were actually at home and felt welcomed!

Perfect for a family stay

Fantastic location and great condo. Had all the amenities we could want. Loved the closet full of beach gear and the beach wagon to haul it. Plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies for us to cook at "home". Rooms were good sized and the entire condo was comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings, and the boys enjoyed the pool.

Winter Get Away

My husband and I needed to get away from cold weather so we booked this condo for 2 weeks in mid January. We were so very impressed with how the owner stocked kitchen items such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, zip lock baggies, dish soap…to name a few. We were also impressed with the quality and quantity of bath towels and beach towels. Wow! There were also Beach items such as chairs and other things. The owner thought of everything! The location was so close to the beach , stores, and restaurants. We had a great time!

Fabulous vacation!

This was our first time booking a VRBO. We had a fabulous experience! Great location. Just minutes walk to the beach. The beach wagon, towels and sand toys came in handy for our kiddos. They loved building sand castles on the beach and running in the ocean. Also minutes walk to the fabulous playground at celebration park. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation spot

The photos made this condo look like the perfect, cozy place to stay while taking a trip to Hilton Head and they did NOT disappoint! Entry was easy and efficient and the host was accessible for communication. The complex itself was tidy, quiet and relaxing with two great pools (we mostly used the one that was a few steps from the porch). There was plenty of space in the condo and the couch and beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, including when we got fresh fish from South End Seafood nearby, and came equipped with a Keurig and plenty of coffee. For anyone who might not know where to start in Hilton Head, there was a great, super helpful guide binder that I could tell the host put a lot of thought into preparing. There were recommendations for activities and restaurants that are sure to keep you busy and happy. It was a quick walk to the beach and the condo was equipped with everything you could need for a great beach day - wagon, chairs, umbrellas, buckets for sand castles, etc. Everything you could need is in walking distance, including the grocery, but there’s also a free shuttle and parking if you think you want to go elsewhere on the island. I cannot recommend this place enough! As someone who has been stayed at several hotels and condos in Hilton Head for 25+ years, I don’t think there’s a better place to stay and will definitely try to stay here again next time!

It’s everything and more!

This condo is everything you could ask for on your trip to HH! The location is great as it’s a quick walk to the beach or into town. The house is stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking, cleaning, or a day at the beach. We were nervous to book a newer listing, but so thankful we took the leap and did it. We’ll be coming back for sure!

5 star from start to finish!

From the moment I booked until checkout everything was extremely well organized and perfectly described. Hosts provided games, beach gear, and a fabulous beach wagon! Location was so convenient to the beach and the pool was also very nice. Master bed was one of the best mattresses I have used and all linens were top quality. The McMurry’s have gone above and beyond to make this a wonderful vacation home.

Weekend getaway

Me and my fiancé are getting married in September and I needed a getaway trip away from all the wedding planning plus it was my birthday! We loved the towels, beach towels, stocked fridge full of trulys tropical kind, plentiful k cups for coffee we are coffee addicts!, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, beach wagon that was absolutely amazing with the big wheels for the rough sand! The condo is very roomy and clean! Only issue I had was the upstairs left side electric socket was not working and neither did the bathroom to blow dry my hair, but who cares when you’re at the beach anyway! We enjoyed connecting our Bluetooth to the sound system so much that we added one to our wedding registry in hopes of someone getting for us! Also signed in to our Netflix account and enjoyed our fav Ozark at night. Beach is legit a 4-5 min walk. It’s a straight shot down 2 streets and so easy to get to! Coligny also!
