Completely Updated Luxury Villa in Sea Pines - Beautiful Lagoon View.

Completely updated luxury townhome in Sea Pines! This townhome is a single level, high ceiling end unit with a unique wrap around lagoon view and it backs right up to the Forest Preserve. All new floors, new paint, new furniture, and an updated kitchen with granite counters, a cozy breakfast nook, and new, fully stocked cabinets with all the pots, pans and dishes you will need to prepare a casual lunch or a gourmet meal. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6. All new bathrooms as well!

The master suite has an updated bath with an extra-large shower and the master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and a king size bed to relax in with spectacular views of the lagoon and Forest Preserve. The master bedroom has direct access to a partially covered outdoor deck. In addition to being covered, the deck is completely shaded by a beautiful huge, Spanish moss-covered live oak. Relax on the deck sofa and watch the wildlife, including alligators, deer and egrets flying across the lagoon. In addition, the deck has a gas grill and small breakfast table where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The guest room has two twin beds, a TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The bathroom is also accessible directly from the hallway.

Living room also has high, vaulted ceilings and has a brand-new entertainment center with a large TV, and a brand-new loveseat and queen sleeper sofa which allows the unit to comfortably sleep 6. Of course, there is free high-speed WIFI in the unit, and all three TVs have Roku devices so you can connect to your favorite streaming service, or simply watch the free local streaming cable TV. Other amenities include A/C, a washer & dryer, and parking for 2 cars in front of the unit.

After a long day at the beach, come back and enjoy access to the Lake Forest swimming pool and/or tennis courts…both right on site. Lake Forest is located in the Sea Pines Plantation Resort, a gated secure community with over $100 million in amenities for you to enjoy. Oceanfront Sea Pines Beach club has three restaurants and an oceanfront bar to enjoy the best views on the Island. Harbour Town has shops and restaurants to spend money in while enjoying the views of the yachts in the marina. Sea Pines has miles of bike paths, three world class championship golf courses, world class tennis, numerous restaurants and shops to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Sea Pines beaches allow you access to over 17 miles of white sandy beaches.

Holiday Haven

We loved our stay. We brought our family of four to Sea Pines to celebrate Christmas and family birthdays. This location was perfect for our purposes. The deck out back provided a solace for us to relax and enjoy coffee. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the two kiddos and my husband and me. We found this place to be perfect for our Christmas vacation!!

Love seapines but will stay at another unit if we go again

We left a day early, we had dead bugs in sinks that had been there for a while. And ended up having some spider issues. I woke up and felt something on me in bed and it was tiny spiders. They were all in the floor. We moved the bed to look if there were more and the dust and dirt were unreal. My blanket had long black hair all over it and I’m blonde headed. So I don’t think it was cleaned before we came and no one had stayed there in a while. And I paid for cleaning.

Great location and quiet setting

Lovely property that is exactly as advertised. Owner was great to work with and responded in a timely manner. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of room to cook or just relax on the patio. I especially loved watching the alligators in the canal. Would recommend this place for your next stay.

Lovely Villa

It was such a beautiful villa with a fabulous view from our deck. Everything was close by especially the tennis courts and pool, which was walking distance. The beach was only a short drive and beautiful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family.

Great Beach Rental

This unit was very clean and perfect for a family of 4 or 5. We enjoyed biking to the beach and sitting on back deck watching the occasional alligator come by. Hilton Head is our favorite beach and look forward to staying here again.

Very easy. No issues with renting. One thing that needs to be attended to is the gutters around the back porch . They are filled with leaves and moss. However that is just maintenance and didn’t interfere with our stay. FYI loved the place

Pictures don’t do it justice!

I reserved this condo for my daughter and her mother-in-law so they could join the rest of our family for spring break on Hilton Head. They were thrilled with it! It was nicely decorated and well furnished. They said the beds were very comfortable. They also both enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the pond. The view from the deck is nothing short of picturesque. Spanish moss hanging from the trees and gators and herons in the pond aren’t something we see in the upper Midwest. The greenery and scenery were reinvigorating for both of them, and that made this mom’s trip a success as well. I highly recommend this property if you visit Hilton Head and wish to stay in Sea Pines.

Disappointed

This was a girls trip. Myself, a friend, my daughter and 3 of her friends chose this property based on the listing and reviews. Among the amenities listed was the use of the community swimming pool. Unfortunately, nowhere in the listing was there mention of the pool not opening for the season until April 1. We definitely would have chosen a property closer to the beach or one of the others on our list that did have an open pool had we known. We had intended to spend a lot of our time at the pool as some in our group preferred the pool to the beach. The location is a good bike ride from anywhere you might want to go. We enjoyed the bike ride the first few times but by the end of the week it became tedious. Will definitely choose a location closer in proximity to the beach/Harbortown next year and double check that the honesty of the listing. The property itseft if beautiful. Loved the lagoon and the updates and decor is very nice. It was quiet and clean. Plenty of parking at the door always available. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well. All beds were comfortable. If this were a rental for an older group not interested in biking and intending to drive, and not interested in the pool, it would be perfect honestly.

Disappointment

Arrived and could not open the door. Only instructions included a code. Called numerous times and was told it worked, then was given 2 different codes. The ‘inspector’ came out and turned a knob under the door knob and it worked. I apologized and told her I had never seen one like this and she abruptly informed me all locks are like this. WE have been to Hilton Head a minimum of 30 times in 54 years of marriage and this is NOT the case. Air conditioner was broke!!!! i had to beg them to get someone out and they kept telling us, it takes time to cool off. We arrived at 2:45pm and at 8:00pm it was 81 degrees in the house. The write up said it was renovated in 2021?!?!? The house was filthy and I begged them to clean the vents as my husband has breathing problems-never done. I took a ton of pictures of the vents, cob webs, black mold in the master shower, russet on the vents,etc.!!!! Not sure the inspector ,who over sees the ‘cleaning crew’ paid any attention to the finished job. She is also the person who told us she’d get someone out right away to clean-and she also said re the ceiling vents’ this is not my job, and I am not doing it…I will make sure they get out here to clean-NEVER happened. Property had a lot of potential, if someone cared.

Lovely place

The place was lovely but they only provide the basics. We've staged other via BO 's near beaches that had a few toys for the kids or extra beach towels. This place did not provide any. Kitchen supplies are pretty basic, and the wash Room dryer is not in good shape. TV is roku so bring your Netflix and other sign INS because you're going to need them.

Perfect for Family

Great rental in Sea Pines. Loved the lagoon view with alligator sightings. We enjoyed riding bikes all over Sea Pines including to Harbor Town and South Beach. Great Pool and Tennis Courts. The property had everything we needed. Large bathrooms and plenty of room for our family of 5.

Great Space

Wonderful rental property with plenty of room for family of 4. Very well equipped with supplies, including starter supplies for laundry, dishes and bathing. Excellent location and superior service by property managers. My only feedback for improvement is to repair the large sliding back door. Due to age/rust it would not open for us but the one in the bedroom worked fine so we just used that one. Minor detail on an otherwise lovely property. I would not hesitate to visit again.

A nice relaxing get away

Lovely end unit property in a quiet spot. We hired bikes and pretty much pedaled everywhere, 10 mins to the beach 15 mins to Harbour Town and 30 mins to the Salty Dog. Roku devices are available for all TVs so great if you get stuck in on a stormy day or need to entertain kids on an evening. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay, we used the grill on the deck several times too. Also very useful is there's a hosepipe in the front yard, great for washing off any leftover sand from your feet before you head back inside. The community had pool access which looked clean & quiet but we spent most of our time at the beach. Dealt with property Managers with an small issue at check in which they resolved quickly for us and made it not a big deal so 5 stars from us there!

Great vacation!

This villa was great! The proximity to the pool is walking distance, like 2 minutes or less. The owner is super responsive should you need anything and the location is amazing. Easy to bike to the grocery store, the beach and to all the popular spots on the island. Wifi was awesome, Roku on the TV is what we loved the most and the layout of the place was great for a family of four. Highly recommend!
