  • Wake up to breathtaking oceanfront views from this beautifully updated one-bedroom villa—yes, the balcony view is exactly as pictured! This cozy retreat features a king bed, children’s bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping the whole family. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza with shopping, dining, and entertainment close by. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
    Best suited for a couple and 2-3 children max.

    Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

    Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This HHI rental was phenomenal! The location was fantastic: RIGHT on the beach AND within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and had a beautiful balcony view! We enjoyed drinking coffee and listening to the ocean waves from the balcony each morning. Also, the balcony overlooks the natural dunes/greenery and was AWESOME for bird watching. We loved all the beautiful trees on the property.

Room was just as advertised. Bed was comfy, beautiful view, walking distance to restaurants. Check in and out was very easy. The host was very helpful and reponses were very quick. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

The condo was remarkably clean and welcoming. The host even left us cookies to enjoy!! The view was stunning. I just wish we could have stayed longer! The updated decor and unbeatable ocean view made our stay most enjoyable.

Fantastic stay with comforts of home. View was incredible to enjoy early morning coffee, and evening ocean breezes. Great location for amenities on island. Unit wax clean, well equipped, and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

One of our favorite areas on HHI. We love staying at these condos and have rented from this owner before. The condo was perfectly decorated with a great kitchen and ocean view

Superb Getaway

Loved our stay at this truly oceanfront gem. The recent remodel is superb; feels like a brand new condo. Watching the beach sunrise/sunset from the private balcony is what this kind of vacation is all about. And the convenience of being near shops and bike rentals can't be beat. Would stay here again without hesitation!
