Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The host helped us with getting in our property early after our first booking with a manager at a different location was incorrect. The house was super clean and smelled wonderful the neighborhood is large and spacious and friendly.
