SeaPines encantadora Hilton Head Villa

Disfruta de este hermoso condominio con hermosas vistas a Braddock Cove y a pocos pasos de la playa. Muebles a estrenar! El último piso de 1 BR villa ubicada en SeaPines en South Beach. Justo al lado, a un corto paseo de Salty Dog y de las compras en South Beach Marina. ¡Justo al otro lado de la calle y caminando descalzo por la puerta está el hermoso sonido de Calibogue para ver increíbles delfines / atardeceres sobre el agua! Justo enfrente de eso está la entrada de South Beach a millas y millas de senderos para bicicletas pavimentados alrededor de SeaPines y de toda la isla.

Ideal para 2 adultos. Sin embargo, hay una cómoda cama plegable en el sofá de abajo para 1 o 2 niños. La sala de estar tiene un sofá seccional, una silla de mimbre, un televisor de pantalla plana con un paquete de cable mejorado que incluye Showtime, ventilador de techo con control remoto, DVD / VCR y un deslizador con una hermosa vista de Braddock Cove. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con encimera de granito con barra de asientos para tres. ¡También está abierto a una sala de estar hermosa y espaciosa con impresionantes vistas de Braddock Cove!

El dormitorio abierto tiene una cómoda cama con un colchón nuevo. También tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, zona de estar, ventilador de techo con control remoto y sistema de filtración Oreck Air. ¡Dos vestidores con puertas francesas están disponibles justo al lado de la cama para guardar todas tus pertenencias!

Esta villa se encuentra en el hermoso y privado complejo Sea Pines. ¡Millas de hermosas playas privadas, andar en bicicleta por increíbles senderos para bicicletas a la sombra de grandes robles musgosos y fácil paseo en la playa con los delfines! ¡5-20mn en bicicleta a la ciudad de Harbor, a los establos de Lawton, a restaurantes y tiendas, todo en SeaPines! Sin mencionar los campos de golf, uno de los cuales es Harbor Golf Links, hogar de la herencia de RBC en el recorrido de la PGA. Lovely short stay in Hilton Head

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at this property. It was exactly as described. Upstairs loft bedroom was warm without the fans, but with the fans on it was very cool and comfortable to sleep. We did not cook in the unit since we were meeting Family, but refrigerator was large dishwasher was large and it was plenty of cabinet space plates, cups, and cutlery. For a couple or two people traveling together, it was perfect. There were a lot of stairs to get in, but that was already known. I would recommend this location if you want to stay in the salty dog area of sea Pines.

The villa suited our needs. The upstairs loft bedroom was warmer than we like but fans were available and they have a cooling mattress technology that we did not try. Within walking distance of the Salty Dog and Pickleball courts

This is How You Hilton Head

Condo is ELITE! Awesome view out the sliding door. We loved lounging in the living room area with the sliding door open, enjoying the breeze. Literally a 2 minute walk to a quiet stretch of beach. We loved taking runs in the morning to the Harbour and Lighthouse, about 4 miles (8 miles round trip). In the evenings we walked (maybe 5 minutes maximum?) to Salty Dog Cafe for some drinks and live music. BJ came in clutch with the multiple recommendations. From his recommendations we took an awesome bike ride to the lighthouse, followed by lunch with a view at COAST, and finished off riding back to the condo via the beach. If we ever make it back to HHI, this is the only place I will consider staying.

Location! Location! Location!

First of all, the location was perfect! We knew we wanted to stay in Sea Pines and this was an affordable option.More than that, the view was perfect as it overlooked the water and palm trees.The beach was a short walk across the street. Very, very close. South Beach has the most beautiful sunsets.Perfect amount of space for the two of us.My only caution would be to consider if you are good with stairs as it is a third floor condo and once in, the bedroom is a loft up the stairs. This is not a criticism, as it was great for us and the loft design made it feel like more space.This condo is an amazing option to have an affordable stay in Sea Pines!Bonus—5 minute walk to the Salty Dog Cafe!

Wonderful and Peaceful Oasis

I had a wonderful time here. The place was just as described and was very comfortable, clean, with an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable. The location was awesome and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The entire SeaPines area was stunning and a charming, quiet oasis. I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first stay at a VRBO. I wanted to be next to the beach specifically so I could fish and is was perfect for that. The location was extremely peaceful. The just was very friendly. The property is clean and comfortable. I look forward to my next stay

Wished we could stay longer

We only had two days at the property and wished we had longer. A fantastic location with the lagoon behind us and the beach right across the street. Having the marina shopping area next door was also great. Everything within walking distance! The condo was lovely. Very comfortable. As we were only there for two nights, we barely made use of the kitchen. Aside from not having an oven, it seems well outfitted. The living room was comfortable with wide open space in the view. A coffee table would be a good addition. The loft bedroom is quite warm but the fans and the “bed jet” (never heard of these) made it totally comfortable. The stairs up to the loft are quite steep which may be dangerous for those with mobility issues. The bathroom is on the main level and was well supplied. The bathtub is a bit dated and is ready for a refresh. The bathroom sink has a low water pressure issue which may be part of the age of the building. Having beach chairs provided was awesome! Including a few beach towels for air travellers would be an idea. Great communication with the owner who offered many suggestions for activities for the area. Although an older building, the owners have created a totally comfortable space and we would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to others.

The tv did not work properly and the air condition did not go up to the sleeping loft so I had to sleep on the couch on the lower level which was very uncomfortable.

Great Location

The condo was in the perfect location for walking to the beach and pickleball courts. All amenities detailed in the description were accurate. The host was a great communicator and we were responded to very quickly when we had a question. The bed was very comfortable and had the added perk of a BedJet. The condo was extremely quiet even though it was full. If anyone has mobility challenges, the steps into the condo and going up to the bedroom may be difficult, but I believe this was already in the description of the condo for renters to be aware of beforehand. This was our 6th trip to HHI in a year and we would definitely rent this condo again!

Excellent Location!

An older, but charming lofted condo. Clean and great for a quick weekend. Perfect for 2 guests. South Beach is a quiet part of the island and very relaxing, but also so close to everything going on! The check in instructions were dated and a bit lengthy and confusing…they referenced a toll that is no longer in existence as of 2021 and didn’t give an accurate address of the property. We were able to find the condo since we are extremely familiar with the island, but that info needs updating.

Perfect location

Property is in walking or quick bike ride to the south beach marina. Easy walk to the beach as well. The property had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The bedroom is up in the loft so I would suggest anyone with mobility issues may not want to select this property as there are stairs to get to the bedroom. The property is also on the 3rd floor of a walk up. Otherwise, good communication with the property owner. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great beach week

Condo is very clean and pleasantly decorated, in a quiet building in a quiet neighborhood. Beach and bike path access are right across the street (very light street traffic), and Salty Dog is only about a 5-min walk away. Good location on the beach for watching dolphins feed close to shore each afternoon!

Great condo, perfect location

We love Sea Pines and this is a great place to stay. If you like to cook while on vacation like we do, just be mindful that there is no oven (we missed this in the write up - totally our fault) and you may want to bring extra bowls and basic spices, oil, etc. The condo was very clean, bed was comfy. Lots off fans to keep you cool when it's not quite hot enough to put on the A/C and we loved the view from the sliding glass doors, so lovely to wake up to.

A month away for a mix of leisure and working remotely.

A delightful stay in beautiful Sea Pines Resort. The unit is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The loft bedroom is lovely. It is right across the street from a wide and beautiful beach perfect for long walks and bike rides, where you can see dolphins frolicking in the waves. Next to Salty Dog Restaurant with easy access to bike trails. The view from the slider is very scenic. It is perfect for 2, but I had 2 guests for a week which was tight but ok. This was a perfect place for a month away. I would highly recommend.

Long weekend get a way

The Villa was perfect for a long weekend get a way. Great location next to Salty Dog and South Beach Marina and Tennis. Nice views from living room and villa was clean and well appointed upon our arrival. Also, communication with owner was very responsive and addressed any questions we had! He even followed up both during our stay and after to make sure we were satisfied. We will be back

Great Biking!

This was a nice get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Location was close to Coligny Beach which was enjoyable. When the tides are right the beach is absolutely beautiful right across the street. The biking paths were awesome!
