Beautiful unit freshly updated and has been totally remodeled to include gorgeous handscraped hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets with pantry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful decor, and 4 TVs. Cozy 1BR, 1BA unit that includes everything you need for an enjoyable ocean front vacation at HHB&T Resort.

The 540 sq ft unit includes a private bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Just outside the bedroom are two captain's bunks for your kids' enjoyment. Who wants the top bunk? Both bunks have their own TVs! The sofa in the living area opens to a queen sleeper if needed. There is a large screen wall-mounted TV, too. The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking in when you choose and is fully stocked right down to the spice cabinet! The dining room table seats 4 very comfortably. This unit is far more than a hotel room or suite. It is a little piece of home!

Don't worry about bringing beach chairs. Two or more are provided as well as some sand toys. For a relaxing family vacation or a couple's getaway, you just can't beat this beautiful, beachy condo at Hilton Head!

Really liked this beach condo. Small, but when you’re spending all day at the beach and pool it’s plenty of space. My kids loved the TVs in the bunks before bedtime. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Lovely rental great amenities on site

We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head. The rental had everything we needed and was clean and updated. We had a slight delay checking in because the door lock needed to be reset but owner and security resolved quickly. It’s a code lock so once reset it’s easy to come and go. Just enter code and turn knob and handle to right. We enjoyed pool, beach, fitness center, pickle ball courts, beach side drinks and snacks. We didn’t try restaurants on site but our favorites nearby were Okko, Lowcountry and Aunt Chiladas. Overall had a great vacation. Lovely rental in great area.

My family and I had a great vacation together last week in SC. This property was very clean and close to the beach. We appreciated the chairs, beach toys and towels provided! It helped out a lot! Easy check in and out process. Communication was appropriate and the area is beautiful.

Great condo

We had everything we needed for our week on HHI - the condo was small for a family of 4 but well furnished, clean, tastefully decorated and truly conformable. It was close enough to the pool & beach that it was an easy walk for snacks, lunch, or sun break. The "beach" closet had sand chairs we could use and was a great place to stash our other beach supplies through the week. There were lots of pegs inside & on the balcony to hang wet clothes or towels. We watching the sunrise while having breakfast on the balcony and we also liked that the balcony was in the shade by noon when we came back for lunch. Jean is such an awesome communicator and checked in on us to mke sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Get Away for our Anniversary!

Perfect for a small family

HHI&TC is the best location for anyone wanting low hassle, great prices, and to be directly on the beach. We've dtayed here several times. This was our favorite condo thus far.

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd stay on this property, and as usual it met all our needs. Easy access, comfortable living, and one of the more secluded units in the complex. Also very convenient proximity to pool and beach. The condo owner (Jean) is a very good communicator; always a pleasure.

Excellent!

Room was clean, just like the photos, and overall perfect. Host was very nice and checked up on us during our stay. Room was updated and one of the best I’ve stayed in in this resort. Will def come back next year.
