Living room has queen size sleeper sofa with 40" LCD TV. This villa is remodeled with new cabinets, granite counters, tile and laminate floors, faucets, kitchen utensils, dishes and silverware.

Master bedroom is complete with queen bed with new mattress and springs, plenty of storage, closet, 32" LCD TV with DVD player, and renovated full bath facilities with granite countertop, rain shower head, body jets, and tile shower directly accessed from the master bedroom. The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a single bed and a full bed and storage closet. There is a bath off hallway for the second bedroom which has been renovated with new cabinet, granite countertop. Free Secure Wi-Fi is included.

Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, mixer, blender, under cabinet lighting, pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, plates, and glasses. The dining area will accommodate 6 people with access to see the living room TV. Front porch faces the tennis courts.

It is about a 6 minute walk to the beach over a marsh area on a boardwalk. The resort does have a golf cart shuttle that runs on a schedule back and forth across the boardwalk.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and the beach. Amenities included with your stay at our resort are 2 outdoor pools; one with deli/convenience store located next to it featuring tennis racket rentals, beach toys, towels and attire, snacks, movie rentals.
