Tupelo Cottage es una casa bellamente renovada que admite mascotas en el corazón de Sea Pines Plantation. Un amplio plano de planta, un gran espacio al aire libre y una bañera de hidromasaje privada crean un excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse.

Al pasar por la puerta principal, se recibe una abundante luz natural desde los ventanales del piso al techo. La sala de estar cuenta con pisos de madera, un cómodo sofá y sillón, estanterías empotradas, Wi-Fi gratis y TV de pantalla plana. La sala de estar también se abre al comedor, donde encontrará asientos para seis personas y acceso a la cubierta a través de puertas corredizas. La gran cubierta tiene una mesa de comedor y sillas, así como una parrilla de gas.

La cocina cuenta con pisos de azulejos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, mucho espacio de gabinetes y una mesa de desayuno separada. Fuera de la sala de estar, encontrará una sala de estar separada con vista al patio con un cómodo sofá, una mecedora y un televisor de pantalla plana. Los perros son bienvenidos en esta casa por una pequeña tarifa por noche.

Justo al lado de la cubierta trasera hay sillones chaise y una bañera de hidromasaje incorporada para mayor disfrute.

One of our favorite places to stay. Will definitely book this home again.

This property is in a great location in Sea Pines. We stayed with our dog. The back yard was perfect. My dog is older and does not see well, all of the area rugs in the house were perfect for her. The home was clean and well stocked. We had some questions about bikes at the house. Erin, our property manager, was prompt at getting back to us and keeping us informed of what we needed to know. We have stayed in Sea Pines 3-4x/year for the past 3 years and this is by far the best experience with the management company. Only recommendations would be to pressure wash the deck and outside furniture. We used the gas grill but were not able to sit outside. The property manager did offer to come and clean the area, we decided we did not want them to come. Other suggestion is in the 2nd bathroom (btween the 2 rooms) could use a handle in the tub to get in and out of the tub. My elderly mother stayed with us and it was difficult for her to get in and out of the tub with nothing to hold onto. Over all a great place to stay. We will book this home again.

Great house

This is a great house! The owners were gracious enough to open the house to dogs and I am thankful because it meant we could take our dog with us. The house is a little dated but fairly clean and has a great big deck and back yard. We did not use the hot tub. A couple of things that should be noted: there are pee stains on the master bedroom carpet. I would have thought that since we pay a fee for bringing our pets that that would have been taken care of before we arrived; the vent in the bathroom does not work; the bed in the master bedroom is soft and uncomfortable. But overall a great house. I would consider returning for our week in HH next year if the bed is replaced!

Very nice house and location. The property needed additional cleaning but the associate helped us.

The property was generally good, but it needed additional cleaning above eye level. There were tons of cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and windows that had obviously been there a very long time. We were unable to use the beautiful deck because it was so dirty, even after the debris was blown off. It needs a good deep cleaning. The shower head in the 2nd bath needs replaced as it gave very little water. The drier made a terrible noise while running and should be looked at. The bedding on the 2 king beds obviously need to be replaced as they was very dirty looking and had holes. The lamps on the nightstands in the master bedroom have holes burned into the insides of the lamp shades. They need replaced and should have LED bulbs that burn cooler. The box spring on the one twin bed is stained very badly and should be replaced. I certainly wouldn’t want to sleep on that bed - don’t just put a dust ruffle on it. The steps going into the garbage can location are rotted and need replaced because someone is going to get hurt very badly. There was no information as to when garbage would be picked up or that there would be someone coming to care for the hot tub and the lawn. It would just be nIce to know that since most of the windows are without window coverings. We killed several roaches. Upon arriving after dark, it would be helpful to have a motion detector light come on because we actually had to go back to our vehicle to get flashlights in order to get into the property. The vertical blinds have many slats missing; the mini blinds are very dirty; the windows all need washed. It took our husbands hours to try to figure out how the TV remotes worked. There should be instructions how work them. We wanted them to operate but it took time away from our vacation time just for those to be figured out. I’m glad we did not have six people because there is no private bathroom for the third bedroom and no closet! There are only three chairs in the kitchen. For a million dollar property, it certainly did not meet our expectations. I will say, our contact with your company was very helpful. He kept in contact and handled most of what he could do by making it right. Some of the things I mentioned are not within his realm of duties, but are things the property owner should address. We have rented other homes on HHI and I must say this house is at the bottom of our list, but not because of the associate . Like I said, he was very helpful.

Birthday weekend getaway

Enjoyed the peaceful location in Sea Pines with this spacious home. Well equipped kitchen, large yard and decks and enjoyable hot tub. Easy beach access and bike paths galore made this a great location! All that was needed were some beach towels and beach chairs to make this home a perfect beach getaway!

Great location and well appointed, beautiful property!

We loved staying at this property. Perfect location near Lawton Stables, we felt like we were half-way between South Beach and Harbor Town and practically on the golf course! We usually ride 10+ miles a day on bicycles! The property has so many spaces to spend time doing different activities, a hot tub, a very large deck and yard, the kitchen and dining areas provided plenty of space for meals and the sunroom was an added extra a space where our adult children were able to isolate for work or online language classes when they needed and plenty of space to be together to play games, put together a large puzzle or watch TV. The kitchen has everything and the bathrooms are gorgeous. We definitely want to come back!

Internet did not work!

We had NO INTERNET! Internet was fixed the evening before leaving. Disappointed. Beautiful house but disappointed I paid for a service we didn’t get. There was a card on counter that says everything was checked but obviously everything wasn’t. No cable, nothing. DVD gets stuck every now and then. You have to unplug it to get it working again. Overall great stay but wish they would reimburse me for a service we didn’t have.

Had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed this property and the location for a family visit. We had bikes dropped off on Day #1, and used them to ride all over the island. The house was clean, which was super important to us. It was comfortable for 6 adults, with plenty of space for privacy. I wish there would have been hot pads in the kitchen, and laundry detergent stocked - minor items.

Wonderful stay!

- Great location - The house is in the perfect location within the Sea Pines community. It’s a short drive to beach access and to many restaurants/ attractions within Sea Pines (Salty dog restaurant, the marina and light house, horse stables, etc) - Pet friendly - We loved walking our dog in the beautiful neighborhood. He loved the large backyard as well. - Great amenities - Enjoyed sitting out on the deck and using the hot tub. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. Living room has large tv with lots of movies. - Would stay again!

REview of 5 Tupelo Drive

Experience was subpar. Home had been under renovation and not completely finished when we checked in. Dusty floors. Unfinished master shower, water was still off and hole in the shower wall not completed. Home has poor lighting inside and out, especially in bedrooms. Heating was poor in the bedrooms. Maintenance came for the above issues and completed their work. Was told they would return with lightbulb for the rear deck but never came back. Microwave broke before Thanksgiving day and was repaired quickly. Back yard had hose uncoiled and laying across ground in the backyard. Resort Rentals was contacted about our dissatisfaction and I requested discount due to the issues listed above. They never returned my call regarding this. I would not recommend this rental agency.
