Pet-Friendly: Non-refundable $200 pet fee applies. Please follow house rules regarding pets.
No smoking, no trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed on property.
Bikes must be secured in designated racks.
Parking pass required.

Key code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $200 will be added to reservations traveling with dogs. Our pet-friendly home has a few house rules regarding pets: No pets on furniture, please clean up after your dog, and dogs must be on leash while on property. Sweep up pet hair before departure. Minimum age of 25 required for the primary guest. No Smoking. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another.

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!

Walkable to the beach was a bit of a stretch...walkable, but if you carry any gear its quite a ways. Unit was nice, little tucked in the trees if u like shady.

We absolutely loved our stay at 7502! It was stocked with everything we needed and accommodated our dogs comfortably! We totally felt right at home! Walking distance to the beach and bike trails! Loved the screened in porch!! We will be back!

Nicely decorated and super clean second floor condo. It had all the necessities. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. My favorite thing was the screened-in porch!
