Beautiful renovated home in the heart of Sea Pines with Private Pool!

Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has an open floor plan. The living room has ample room to relax and watch TV on the large flat screen; the dining area seats six people; and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you need. Attached to the great room, the Carolina room with a ping pong table is where you will meet after a day at the beach to spend time with family and friends. Through the Carolina Room, you can have access to the deck, an outside table, and a barbecue.

The large master bedroom with a king-size bed has a view of the pool. Its private bath has a custom-tiled walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms share the same bathroom, which has a beautiful tile wall with a tub and shower combination.

Enjoy the most of this property in Greenwood Forest. One of the rarest homes in Greenwood Forest has a private pool. Close to the Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach, restaurants, golf, and more The Greenwood Forest area of Sea Pines also offers a community pool, tennis/pickleball court, and playground.

Great Location, Cute Home — But Outside & Booking Process Need Work

We just returned from a week at this home in Sea Pines, and while we had a good time overall, there were some things that future renters should be aware of.Pros:The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to do in Sea Pines.The interior was clean, well-decorated, and the beds were comfortable.The ping pong table was a fun bonus!Cons:The exterior of the home was overgrown and neglected. We actually had to trim palm fronds ourselves just to access the path to the pool. Gutters were full of leaves, and the driveway vegetation was so thick it caused my car’s safety system to activate because it thought I was backing into something.The TVs were very slow and outdated, which made it frustrating to relax with a show at night.I’m glad I brought my own toilet paper and paper towels — the ones provided were extremely low quality (think single-ply, bargain bin thin).The kitchen was lacking even the basics: no spices, not even salt and pepper, which I’ve found to be standard in every other vacation rental I’ve stayed in.The booking process was frustrating. I booked through VRBO, then got a call the next day from the local management company telling me I needed to pay them directly. I assumed my card had been charged already (as is typical), but apparently only their fee was collected. I ended up mailing a check to avoid a 3% fee for using a credit card — which felt sneaky and unnecessarily complicated.There was a mandatory 150 charge included in the

The perfect place for us!

This property was beautiful, clean and fun! It was the perfect fit for my family. Bedrooms were roomy and well organized. Towels and linens were clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room was easily accessible. Thank you for having us — we hope to visit again!

Great house, pool and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was awesome to have for our 6 and 9 year old. The ping pong table kept our older kids busy for hours and the location in Sea Pines was perfect. The bike ride to the beach was very easy and we loved coming back to the shower to wash off the beach in the outdoor shower. The rental agency/property manager responded really quickly to a small issue we had. We would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing Property

Happy Month

Great house with plenty of space. Easily accessed by our 93 year old father due to hardly any steps! Grab bars would be a plus in shower and 2nd bath for aging population.

Great House

Our family had a great week in Sea Pines resort in this home. Our children loved having the ping pong table to play during down times. The location was great for visiting Harbor Town, the beach club, and South beach.

Didn’t want to leave!!

We absolutely loved this home. We have an 8 year old and 11 year old and the bike ride to the beach (about 5-7 minutes) was enjoyable and easy. The house was clean, beds/couch very comfortable, and the pool/ping pong table were a hit. We biked each night to Harbour Town or South Beach and also biked to Lawton Stables. The property management team was great. A few things we learned-get baskets for the bikes and we rented the daily chairs/umbrella set up through Shore Beach which made it all very easy. We hope to be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by this house. It was very clean and looked like all of the rooms were newly renovated. It was also decorated very nice. The pool was clean and bigger than I expected and and also looked new. House was about an 8 min bike ride to the beach.

Nice house

We recently stayed 4 nights here and it was a really nice experience overall. The pool with outdoor heated shower was great. Rooms were all nicely equipped and clean. Only issue we have was beach access was difficult as the beach club is only open to park for home owners and if you book direct through sea pines. Not this owners fault about beach club parking rules but it was an issue for us with 3 small children. Other than that I highly recommend this property. Great location close to south beach and harbor town.

Nice property in a nice location.

Very good experience. Only complaint is the locked door from the master bedroom to the pool. Also, it would have been nice to have the pool heated just a bit warmer. Overall though, a very nice experience.

Great place, great location!

The location was better than expected. The neighborhood was family friendly with lots to do. The house was clean, and has everything we wanted. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and two kids. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful cozy home

I stayed at this home with my husband, young daughters, mother and sister in law. We had an amazing time. We loved how clean and modern the inside of the house was and how we had our own pool area and grilling area. We would stay here again. A beautiful home in a beautiful community.

Great house and location

The house is great, we've stayed in this area prior so familiar with biking trails and destinations within Sea Pines our favorite HH location. The only, and only, negative was trashed was never picked up. Overflowing when we arrived and only got worse as week went on. Disappointed that Property Mgmt did not resolve entire week.
