Beautiful newly renovated luxury Beachfront Villa overlooking the Ocean!

New Listing! LUXURY Beach front villa overlooking the ocean and the award winning amenity center with two pools, large spa, exceptional fire pit, three oversized gas grills, outdoor picnic areas and a sun ledge overlooking the beach. Two minute walk to the private gate that takes you directly onto the beaches with over twenty miles of walking and biking directly on the beach. A Brand new Stearns and Foster king size bed, two new smart TV's, LVP flooring throughout, two brand new bathrooms with showers, large master closet, newer appliances and dishwasher, new washer dryer, addl small oven with air fryer. The kitchen has everything you need including a new coffee pot and Keurig. Also there is a queen size sleeper sofa and new roll away foam mattress bed when you might have some extra guests. The unit is close to 1050 sq ft so plenty of room to spread out with a large balcony where there is a new table and four chairs and two rocking type chairs to enjoy the views of the oceans, sunrises and the amenities. We just purchases this unit and plan to use it some of the time and rent it out so we are making sure it has all the right amenities and luxuries we know customers want when they are traveling. The location is outstanding with a short walk to the beach. and parking directly under the building. You can rent bikes only a block away to enjoy the beaches and over 18 miles of biking trails just inside Palmetto Dunes. This area has it all three championship golf courses with some holes directly on the ocean, outstanding clay tennis courts, great new pickleball center, ten restaurants onsite in Palmetto Dunes and some of the best restaurant on the Island only couple of miles away. There is also a fee shuttle to take you everywhere in the resort. So park your car and just enjoy what this fantastic area has to offer!

Surprised upon arrival of a significant full building renovation that involve scaffolding the entire front side of the facility facing the ocean. Scaffolding actually crossed our patio and obstructed our view. This was not revealed to us prior to our arrival. We made the determination to cancel our reservation there after seeing the condition that we would be faced with during our stay. The owner seemed to be surprised by this situation as well and worked with us to refund our payments in full. Very stressful and indeed very disappointing.

2025 HHI Vacation

We just returned from a two week stay in this condo. It was wonderful. We’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times and this was the best condo yet. The condo has everything you need. Can’t wait to return.

Everything we hoped for.

Lovely condo in a great complex! Two updated baths. Plenty of nice towels. Newer appliances; all function perfectly. Easy access to the beach; walked to a kayak/bike rental outfitter, the General Store, and a few restaurants. Both pools were very clean; the kiddie pool has a fun fountain; pool furniture was in great shape, and the community fire pit was easy to use in the evenings. Excellent communication with the owner, through vrbo, for the reservation and check in. A busy, and yet totally relaxed, Palmetto Dunes/HHI week! Thank you, Dave.

Perfect Retreat

My wife and I love coming to Hilton Head and have stayed at several places. Dave’s accommodations totally met and exceeded our needs over everywhere else. Warm, welcoming and complete with everything you need. We relaxed, forgot about life and submersed ourselves into each other celebrating our 24th Anniversary. We will be back.

Amazing Condo!!

We absolutely loved this condo and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head! The condo is described perfectly and I would add that it really has everything to make your stay perfect. We have stayed at many properties before although felt that the owners of this condo have gone over and beyond with their guests in mind! We are still talking about how comfortable the mattress was in the condo! It was also a very quick walk to the beach and the balcony was a great place to relax as well. We highly recommend!!

Amazing Vacation

The property was just as described. We had a wonderful time as it was just steps to the pools or the beach. The views from unit were beautiful and the resort is well kept. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great stay

A very conveniently located unit in a nicely maintained complex. Being on the beach with a heated pool and hot tub was essential in an early Spring trip. Unit was very comfortable even for a family of 5. Sleeper sofa and twin roll out were very comfortable for our children. Also very nice that the unit has two bathrooms. Overall, a GREAT unit.

Awesome Condo!

We loved our stay here! The description of the condo is spot on! The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and relaxing! The kitchen is well-appointed, and the pots and pans are in great shape, which is a rarity. Furniture - to included bed - is very comfortable. Overall, the condo is clean and bright with beautiful views from inside and out on the patio. Highly recommend!
