  • HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Esta hermosa casa cerca del océano ha sido recientemente renovado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para sus próximas vacaciones.

    17 pasos conducen a la entrada, donde encontrará hermosos pisos de piedra una vez entras. La gran sala de estar a su derecha tiene excelentes vistas de la laguna de la parte trasera con puertas correderas a la terraza. Cuenta con un sofá de cuero, 4 sillas tapizadas, reproductor de DVD y un 60 & quot; Televisor de pantalla plana montada encima de la chimenea decorativa. Fuera de la sala de estar es el comedor con una mesa de madera con capacidad para 10. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito hermosa con 4 taburetes de cuero, un mini bar, y las puertas de la cubierta.

    La primera habitación es una suite principal con una cama king, chaise longue, un armario con un televisor, y las puertas a la cubierta. El dormitorio principal tiene un cuarto de baño privado con encimeras de granito, dos tocadores separados, dos armarios sin cita previa, una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas dobles, puertas a la terraza y un armario con un televisor. 18 pasos conducen a la segunda planta, con dos dormitorios más adicionales. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas tamaño queen, una televisión de pantalla plana, vistas a la laguna y un baño privado con dos lavabos y una bañera / ducha. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, vistas a la laguna y un baño privado con un solo lavabo y ducha.

    La cubierta posterior tiene una gran envoltura alrededor de porche con vistas a una laguna, una mesa para 6 y los pasos que conducen a la zona de piscina, que cuenta con una parrilla integrada con fregadero y 7 taburetes de bar, mesa de ping pong, asientos adicionales incluyendo dos sofás de mimbre y dos sillas, una gran piscina con jacuzzi, y el muelle.

Last. year we had a less than satisfactory experience with 44 Sea Lane property in Palmetto Dines. I complained directly to the Island Getaway manager and was satisfied with their response whichever I included am assurance the property would be cleaned and inspected before rental...I should mention that this is my family's have visited HHI 17 years. the above mentioned property was in great condition this year, including the outdoor grill. thank you Island Getaway for your attentive and excellent turn a round... /s/ Don Griffin, Captain U. Rented this house for 3 yrs and will never return. House not well maintained and many things not working. Severe roof leak in second floor bath making it unusable for my guests. Impossible TV situation in living room with useless instructions. Broken or unusable lights everywhere. Nevertheless, location is great and back deck and pool wonderful. House has been for sale for over a year...hummm.

Only 3rd day of vacation and disappointing lack of responsiveness. Outdoor gas grill not functioning, have attempted to call office without any ability to leave message and no response from email.

Location and back pool and view were absolutely amazing, unfortunately are stay was not. House exterior needs better up keep there were no working lights in front of house to see entrance or front stairs or doorway, when we arrived the doors were unlocked and then we had random maintenance show up unannounced twice then were told last minute with a 2 hour noticed that a new washer and dryer were be delivered, we waited and were told an IG Staff member would stay to sign off and lock doors as we didn't want our stuff unattended while delivery guys were there and she left, we came back to front door unlocked again. The kitchen is not well equipped there were no cutting boards knifes were horrible I had to go buy cutting board and a griddle from Kroger to cook. The grill wasn't working we had to buy a propane tank, the delivery guys left a huge mess in laundry room that had to be cleaned one thing after another. Be prepared for neighboring lawn work being done everyday as well as construction peaceful after 7pm

We loved this house and location. This was our 29th year on the Island and each year we look for that one house that we can return to year after year, and this might be it... until the grandkids get too big and we need another 1 or 2 bedrooms! Only drawback, in my opinion, is that the pool gets a lot of tree crud (pine needles, bark, etc.) in the pool, and especially the hot-tub (if you use it), but otherwise we liked the updates they’ve begun and the outdoor area!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The renovations are gorgeous and set the tone for the trip. The location is ideal with access to the lagoons and quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this house!

This rental provided pretty good value for a week's vacation in Hilton Head. The best part of the house is its location on the canal, providing very nice views from the rear deck and pool area. The kitchen, dining, living and master bed rooms appear to have been remodeled recently and are functional and comfortable. We like to cook at home so the kitchen furnishings are adequate. The rest of the house is original (1980's?) including the other three bedrooms. Bedroom furnishings need improvement, especially the pillows. Beach access is a 15 minute walk or drive to PD beach club. We would be undecided about renting this home again, but it might be worth a try for you.

Very beautiful home and location. many updates. Air conditioning not working well in master bedroom and bath. outside gas grill broken. carpet dirty. otherwise clean. Issues could be fixed. Would like to stay here again

Enjoyed our stary

We really enjoyed this house. The only downside is it is a little walk to the beach. However, you could spend almost all your time at the house with the outdoor areas including a beautiful pool and a dock on the lagoon. Although you have neighbors, it felt very private.
