As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Prime tourist area, walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Biking distance to Sea Pines and The South Beach Marina. Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. is the most common form of transportation. We provide 2 and rentals are available if you need more, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
