The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly villa designed for easy island days. The home sleeps 4 across a private bedroom, a cozy bunk alcove, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—great for couples, small families, or a close group of friends.

The bedroom features a queen bed and smart TV for winding down after a day out. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and a tub/shower combo—handy for rinsing off after the beach. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy simple arrivals with keyless entry.



Community perks include on-site laundry facilities and outdoor seating areas around the property. There’s also a communal outdoor pool (see Important Things to Note for current status). Beach essentials are provided to help you make the most of your time by the ocean. You’ll be close to island favorites for cycling, fishing, golf, shopping, museums, and water sports, plus popular spots like Coligny Beach Park and Coligny Plaza.

• Private Alcove: Twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 2)

• Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2; best for 1–2 children or 1 adult)

• Bathroom 1: Full bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo



Important Things to Note

• Pool: The communal pool is currently under construction until further notice.

• Parking: Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle.

• Laundry: Laundry facilities are available on-site.

• Floor/Elevator: This villa is on the second floor. There is an elevator in the building; however, it’s operated by the building management and may be unavailable at times for maintenance. Stairs are required if the elevator is out of service.

• Entry: Keyless lock for easy self check-in.

• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Thank you for understanding.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
