The unit and the property were perfect for our stay- close to beach, shopping, and restaurants we liked. Our unit was clean, but it greatly needs updating and cosmetic repairs. The pool was very big and nice. The gnats in the pool area were horrible, though. I had to reach out to the host twice, though, before I could gain entry to the unit. As of the morning of our arrival, I had not received info about which building and unit number.Excellent beach view! That was worth a lot!

Ocean front condo

This was a very clean, cozy place with great views. The condo is on the third floor of the three-story building, which was perfect, and it enhanced the view of the ocean.

Great location! We had a great visit the only thing I would say is the furniture is so uncomfortable..so if you wanted to be inside just to chill it was not really an option because of the seating options…

Very clean, great view and location. The oven and stove are pretty awful, the stove top will warm things up but won’t actually cook.The oven gets warm but again doesn’t actually bake anything, took 1 hour for a frozen pizza and oven set to 450 degrees.

Welcoming

We felt right at home when we arrived. The host was quick to respond checking in on us. The space was great and even better view. Morning sunrises were amazing and we even saw dolphins, loved! Enjoyed our trip tremendously and would most definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful stay

Our first stay in Hilton Head this place was fantastic. It was in a great location, close to everything! The condo was very clean and fully equipped for our needs with 2 small children. Our kids couldn't stop talking about the bunk beds!! Just a walk down the boardwalk you are right on the beach which made it super easy to catch the sunrise every morning of our stay. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay here again.

Great vacation!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds and the view is outstanding. This is our second time here at this unit. The kitchen was fully stocked. Will be booking again. :)

Great location... near beach, not far from everything. Loved the on site restaurant and pool. Great unit. Only issue was it is ocean front 3rd floor. Elevator is on the opposite end of the building. These 60+ yr old knees couldn't handle it.

Great ocean view in wonderful resort

Condo is very clean and kitchen is well equipped. The view is outstanding and the resort offers lots of amenities. The only downside is the very uncomfortable living room seating. Note the bunk beds only fit smaller kids.

Very nice view, conevient

I liked the view, the amenities, the quick access to the beach, restaurants are very close, one near the beach access and pool.These are the most convenient things this place has to offer. The place was clean enough and decent but really outdated furniture. I did expect a bit more confort for the price.

A gem

Best unit/view in this entire complex. Direct view and access to the fabulous HHI beach at Folly Field. Comfy bed and all working appliances. We rented bikes at the on-site kiosk and had a ball. A few furniture items in the unit were a bit tired, but we weren’t there for the couch - the view from the balcony was the best!

Quick getaway

Really enjoyed the location. The view from the condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and there was a nice walkway that provided easy access to the beach. We didn’t get a chance to use the pools as there were storms every evening. The condo is small so I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people unless the kids sleeping in the bunk beds are very small. The living room furniture was very worn out but the kitchen table was fine. The kitchen was well-equipped. The front desk check-in staff was not friendly, but fortunately we didn’t need to interact with them after check-in.

Golf vacation

It was a mixed bag of good and bad. Place was very clean and organized. The couch and chair in the living space were both broken. So, getting comfortable in the evenings was tough. We did blow a circuit breaker after hours and the owner, and support team got us up and running in very reasonable amount of time. Otherwise the room was very nice.

Ocean front condo

Unit has a beautiful view but is very small. Furnishings and appliances are basic. Host failed to contact front office regarding our visit so it was a hassle to get in. No instructions for door lock.

Awesome view! Loved Sunrise on the Patio!

Our stay was relaxing despite the hurricane Idalia. Condo was perfect size for us, right on the beach, close to stores and many places to eat. The bed in BR was comfortable slept good. Would suggest updating the sofa and chair though in LR. Sofa couldn’t lay on nor did it recline. Unfortunately they were not comfortable to sit on when we couldn’t get to the beach or sit on the patio. We would book this condo again if an update to furniture was done. Thanks
