    When you book this family-friendly retreat, you are also granted access to entertaining on-site amenities, including an outdoor pool, outdoor showers, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, and a boardwalk that will take you straight to the beach.



    This snowbird-friendly home away from home boasts a covered balcony where you can enjoy alfresco meals while admiring the beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. The living area is another great spot to unwind with comfortable furniture and a smart TV to keep you entertained during your stay. Whip up exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with all the essentials to prepare everything that comes to mind. Both bedrooms have smart TVs for added entertainment and comfort. Additional on-site amenities include a private washer/dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Cloisters! We had one issue with the cleanliness upon arrival and Vacasa was so quick to solve the problem and make things right! They were kind and responsive. The condo was so comfy and a great fit for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked with needs and the starter kit of dish soap and other things was so nice too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great Condo with beautiful view of the ocean!

We enjoyed our stay! We had a family of four and felt very comfortable with the layout. The condo is well maintained and equipped with the essentials. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. The pool was clean and only a short distance from the beach access.

My sisters and I booked our first sisters trip to Hilton Head. We absolutely loved this condo. It was spacious, extremely clean, and the views were beautiful. I would highly recommend 409!

The view was fantastic. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. We found a minor issue when we arrived, and the came out and fixed it the next day, incredible service because other places would have just put on their to do list as a future issue

Spectacular Views

Brand new (10-2023) renovated condo with awesome views of the ocean. Missing a few things that we think should be standard for a beach rental like a hair dryer and beach chairs. The master bedroom does not have a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, which is awkward. The second shower has an adjustable shower head but it will not go high enough for a 6’ tall guest.

Started rocky but great location

Unfortunately, the start of the trip started rocky, when we arrived the place hadn't been cleaned. It looked like the team started but didn't finish. The Vacasa team did quickly respond but we didn't fully get into the unit until 2 hours later than check in - which with 3 small kids that was right at dinner time so it was frustrating to say the least. The unit itself was very nice though (once cleaned), very well stocked. Kitchen had all supplies we needed for cooking and nice supply of laundry detergent and dish washer pods. The property was fairly quiet, which was nice. We were there the week Hurricane Helene came but didn't impact the trip too much. The pool is pretty basic but wasn't crowded the entire time and super easy access to the beach. We didn't go out to eat while there but close to a lot of various restaurants and grocery store.

Stunning view - mediocre kitchen & floorplan

GREAT: The view and decor were outstanding, and the kitchen was beautiful with quality pans, dishes, flatware. NOT SO GOOD: All kitchen cabinets/drawers were entirely full of dishes, glasses & fancy flatware. No pantry space at all. No cooking utensils at all. Floorplan was weird - master bath was right off main living area with no separate door. Had to close bedroom door for privacy. No lighting over or near dining area. Never received requested pool lock code from property manager, so couldn't try heated pool. Balcony ceiling was exposed rebar and steel supports, which was very unattractive but didn't impact our view.

Beautiful views and wonderful room

First, this unit has a great balcony with a view of the ocean. You can't see the sunrise, but the view is still wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool. The unit has a great setup for our family of 5 with the kids in one room and us parents in the other. However, note that the second bedroom has a window that leads to the building hallway right outside the elevator. The kids were bothered by lights and hallway chatter into the night. I would recommend blackout curtains for that room.Second, there are some issues potential renters should know. The WiFi is not great. The signal is basically non-existent on the balcony. Also the welcome email said to use one router but when we logged in it didn't have Internet. So we used a second router that accepted the provided password. Third, as a recommendation, the owners should consider stocking some cards and board games. There is a good selection of DVDs, which was awesome, but some games would have been fun.Fourth, the remotes for the TV were a bit complicated. Even my Gen Z kids struggled a bit to figure out which one did what. Three remotes seems excessive.Last, the owners do not stock much for renters. We create about 1 bag of trash per day and the unit only comes with 2 as a starter pack. I asked about this and was told we, as renters, need to buy more. For something like taking out the trash, it seems like it's in the interest of the owners to provide trash bags.
