Beach Condo

  • Our unit #3302 is in Bldg 3 overlooking the indoor pool and track. The villa sleeps 5 comfortably; master bedroom has a queen bed, and twin over full bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Room for air mattress; Linens are provided. New flooring in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances and granite counter tops. Roku TV in living room and 2nd bedroom that you can stream your favorite streaming service (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney +). Outside balcony overlooks lagoon. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building. The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, kiddy pool, indoor track, exercise room, sauna, hot tub, six tennis courts, picnic area with grills, and WIFI . Visit the Island Grill and Deli located at the main pool for bike rentals, breakfast, lunch and groceries. The private beach is a short walk away or ride the free beach shuttle! No roads to cross to the private beach! The resort is gated and has 24/7 security. The Robert Trent Jones golf courses are right next door and the resort is convenient to all Hilton Head has to offer. Breeze Trolley stops at resort entrance.

    There is a minimum of a 2 night stay during peak season, April thru September. Please email owner for discounted price for stays Oct - February.

Great location

This property was in such a great location for mid-island. The kitchen was amazing, nicely stocked and clean. Owners were so friendly and had great communication. Highly recommend.

We were here for our beach vacation/anniversary trip. We’ve stayed at HHR several times and we loved it every time! The amenities of the resort always come through, and the beach never disappoints. This was our second year staying in this condo and it was great! It was clean and stocked for pretty much anything you need. The owners are very easy to communicate with and respond in a timely manner. I definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was very pleasant. The condo was nice & well equipped. The pools were nice. The beach is nice just make sure you have a wagon to carry items or pack light, it’s a bit of a walk if you don’t go during the allocated cart ride hours,

Wonderful

It was Amazing, other then the people who stayed before us had put out cigarettes on the patio and left them,and it had a touch of cigarette smoke on the patio.But the inside was perfect and bed was so comfortable.I would definitely stay there again. It was a beautiful stay. I would stay there again if in the area. Loved the homey atmosphere. Thank you for letting us stay..

Wonderful stay

Lots to do at the facility, including bike rentals, swimming pools ,beach close by.Grocery stores & shopping not too far away. Wish there were beach chairs to use, only thing we found at our condo was one lounge type chair. The condo was excellently located & had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay there again.

Family summer vacation

We had a great time at Hilton Head Resort. The location is perfect- central to everything. The room Was just as described and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is nice but be sure to bring a wagon to carry your things. We bought it be the first day and so glad we did. The pools were great. We would stay here again.

Indoor pool

Suite had everything we needed. It's in the building with the indoor pool which is great for the kids. They had a great time we had a great time. It was our 2nd time here in this room we will be back.

Overall great stay. Very clean and owner was quick to communicate. Wish there were some more kitchen items such as things like Saran Wrap or foil but that’s no big deal. Overall loved it.

Indoor pool stress free

We got extremely lucky with the weather, but there was lots of rain in the forecast. No need to worry, the activities in this building #3 kept us well occupied. The Kroger grocery store across the street has everything you might need! And I love that this location allows grocery deliveries to the door. Affordable food at both the resort’s Beach Bear restaurant at the party pool as well as fantastic 10 burger beachside at Cocos. A big fan of the screened-in balcony and key pad on the door with this unit.

Hilton Head Resort Stay

Great property, loved it. Close to stores and eateries. Only issue was, a palmetto bug got in. They freak me out. (Not an owner issue). I will definitely stay again.
