Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed. A hall bathroom with shower/tub is just steps away.

Comfortable for All: The villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests. (We provide a pack-n-play crib that is stored in the closet)

Additional Details

Parking: $25 per parking pass, payable by credit card at the security gate (max 2 passes).(Please note the community does not allow motorcycles, decaled vehicles, trailers or golf carts, so park those elsewhere.)

Accessibility: The villa is located on the main level with just a few steps at the entrance, making it easy to load luggage and groceries. (Inside the villa, there are no stairs – everything you need is on one level.)

Starter Supplies: For your convenience, we provide starter essentials including fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, and a coffee & tea starter kit. Get settled in without worrying about the little details. These supplies will not be restocked during guest stays.



House Rules: Please note this is a strictly no smoking, no pets villa. Trailers or large vehicles (including golf carts) are not permitted on the property. Quiet hours are observed to maintain the peaceful nature of this resort community.

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property. The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $25 payable by credit card. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
