A marina with waterfront dining, boat rentals, and charter services is only a short stroll from the condo. Harbour Town is only four miles away, and Coligny Beach Park is five miles away.

You'll find the inviting interior fully furnished for modern living, with features including an open layout, a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a smart TV. The sliding glass door can be opened to allow ocean breezes to circulate, but you'll also have central air-conditioning to ensure total home comfort.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
