Summary:

Welcome to your Hilton Head Island getaway. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium sleeps up to 6 and offers easy beach access plus resort-style amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and tennis.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo with space for up to 6 guests. Located on the 4th floor, the home includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a relaxed living setup that makes it easy to come back from the beach, refresh, and unwind.

Head out to enjoy the resort’s indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, fitness room, game room, and community BBQ grills. When it’s time to recharge, you’ll have smart TVs in both bedrooms and a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with the office. A garden view adds a calm backdrop, and beach access makes it simple to get your toes in the sand. Community laundry facilities are available and are card-operated.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. A parking pass is required at all times and will be issued by Hilton Head Resort security at the entry kiosk upon arrival.

• Location within building: This is a 4th-floor unit. The building has Elevator and Stairs; please review photos to ensure it meets your accessibility needs.

• Laundry: Community washer/dryers are card-operated (credit or debit).

• Security: Exterior/security cameras are located throughout the resort community/neighborhood.

• Pets: This community has a very strict no-pet policy. The only exception is for service animals, which must be approved prior to entering the grounds.

• Minimum age: Primary renter must be 25 or older.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Love HHR

We love HHR and have stayed in different units there on several occasions. This unit was clean, does need some updating but was adequate for our stay. Bring your own pillows for sure, we forgot ours at home and what they provide is lacking.

Nice Getaway

Overall, this property was a nice beach rental for a small family like ours. The highlights were the customer service, the location (lovely short walk to the beach), smart tvs in each room( which made movie nights sweet), and simple check out. We also appreciated the hospitality of the host, there were supplies left for us to use that lasted our entire stay. There were some minor things that could be improved upon, like the air ventilation in the master bedroom and the cleanliness of some of the household utensils. We enjoyed our visit here. Thank you!

Beautiful

We stayed here for the just the weekend, but we kept saying how we wanted to be here for a whole week. The property itself was beautiful and there were so many things to do at the resort. The beach was a close walk but if you can’t do it there is the shuttle which was super helpful.
