For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.

Great location and media room

We loved our stay in Hilton Head because of sea turtle vacation rentals. Everything was as advertised and the bunk room with big movie theater screen was amazing. So much to do that we need to go back.

Beautiful house. Had everything we needed for a family trip. The separate spaces for master bedrooms and the kids’ room were perfect. Check in was easy. Location was great.

Great getaway

Located on a slower part of the island and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves despite the holiday. Really enjoyed the property and didn’t have any issues.

Great location and proximity to beach

House was as great as pictures showed. Walk to the beach was fine in the morning but would have been rough in the heat of the day. Complimentary golf cart shuttle to and from the beach was awesome!

Clean, Beautiful and Safe

My family rented this property for a family reunion. It was perfect! The place was exactly as listed (down to the stuffed animals in the bunk room!) and we all loved our stay. The house was clean, beautiful, stocked very well and had a nice (small) clean pool and was pretty close to the beach! It was a bit of a walk for my elderly parents but there are beach carts available for free that will take you if you ask. Wonderful place! We'll definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This house was exactly as advertised. It was enough room for 9 of us to each have our own space to chill and hang out. We loved having a pool and having a free golf cart take us to the beach was a great added touch. I think the property should get his number for the guests as we had to go out and find him in order to call for a ride to the beach. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay! The beach is relatively close, with a golf cart that runs 6 days a week to ferry you there whenever you'd like. This is one of the few rentals I've found where the pictures don't actually do it justice. The house is huge, plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 young children we had with us. The kids loved the pool in the backyard, and the multiple porches were wonderful to relax on. It is also very close to lots of good food options, but far enough away from the major hubs so it doesn't feel that touristy. All in all an incredible stay and my family would definitely consider staying there again anytime we are all in Hilton head.

Scott Family Vacation 2024

This was the first year our family rented a vacation home. 9 Henry Lane far exceeded our expectations! Being in one home instead of two condos was exactly what we needed to reconnect and make new, lasting memories. The home was clean, with comfortable beds, and plenty of living space for us to spread out and spend individual and family time. There were a couple things (the dishwasher door not closing / rack broken, washer/dryer needing repair) we called maintenance for and the management company was very responsive; also having the app made check-in and check-out seamless. Thank you for an overall “BEST VACATION EVER” experience🤗

Overall, everything was very nice and anticipated with a vacation rental. The only negative was the shower in the master sweet. There appears to be an issue with getting hot water. It was very touchy and it looks like the hot and cold water may be reversed. i would recommend having a plumber look at this.

What a place! It had everything we needed plus some. Very well stocked with kitchen ware, linens, cleaning supplies (soaps, dish and laundry detergent, etc), games, kid activities and more. One of our days was cold and rainy but kids stayed entertained with the pool and games. We had plenty of room to cook most of our meals at the house. Check in, check out and communication with the owner was great and super easy. Kids are ready to go back!

Everyone had a blast!!

Excellent location. Heated pool was great. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The kids’ room is brilliant. Short walk to beach to watch sunrise. I DO NOT recommend riding bikes after dark in Hilton Head because the paths are not at all lit and you will be blinded by car headlights.

Fantastic Group trip with friends!!

This property was perfect for a smaller group of 5, but could EASILY accommodate larger groups! Extra beach towels and chairs available and only a 1/2 mile bike ride to the beach makes it great for quick trips to the beach between afternoon storms. Also with close access to nearby grocery and restaurants, you’ve got everything you need! Can definitely say the kids room and extra large projector is fun for adults too, as our group of five 23-25 yr olds loved it for watching some hockey playoff games! Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great time, nice location right across the street from preserve with beach access. Renting bicycles for the week was the way to go, put a lot of miles on.

Clean and comfortable house

- Rental management was easy to work with and responsive. - Property was clean although the carpet seemed a little aged but still clean. - Beds were very comfortable and the full size bunkbeds are great for kids of all ages. - Pool could use a cover to help prevent tree debris from covering but overall you can't complain when the heated pool was part of the price. - Place was definitely walkable to the beach. There's not much beach toys but the wagon available was nice. The chairs could of been better.

Fun house, good location, needs some maintenance

The house is spacious with nice outdoor spaces including the patio with grill and the pool. The street is quiet and about a 10 minute walk to Singleton beach. There is also a park within walking distance that has tennis courts and a playground. The owner was very responsive and even sent the pool guy out when I asked about a skimmer for leaves. The house could use some maintenance (fresh paint, fixing broken drawers and blinds), updating and some deep cleaning, but overall was a pleasant stay.

Labor Day Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of property is quite. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach which wasn't bad. Rented the property for whole family to enjoy. We found that the property was not cleaned thoroughly and looked like it needed general maintenance to it. Really think the property needs a good clean and general maintenance done on it. The pool was small and so was the living area, even though pictures made it look bigger. The pool is next to small pond, so we were concerned about mosquitoes. We did rent some bikes which came without issue, even though we ordered them late in the day. It also seemed that the departing procedures where a bit more than other places we have stayed at. It still was a nice getaway with extended family.
