    9 Playa Laguna es una maravillosa casa a pocos pasos de la playa, enclavado en la maravillosa plantación de pinos de mar. Este 6 dormitorios, 6. 5 baños casa tiene todo lo que se puede esperar de una casa de vacaciones.

    Al entrar en la puerta de entrada, que son recibidos por la magnífica vista de la piscina de dos pisos, que abarca la cubierta y la laguna en el patio trasero! A la derecha está el salón con mucho espacio para muchos invitados para sentarse y pasar el rato todos juntos. Más allá de la sala de estar hay también dos dormitorios.

    A la izquierda de la entrada se encuentra la cocina increíble, totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un montón de espacio en el mostrador! También hay dos master suites a la izquierda, uno de ellos con vistas a la laguna.

    En el segundo piso hay otra sala de estar con un sofá cama que da al piso principal, así como la cubierta de la piscina y la laguna. A la derecha tienes las restantes 2 dormitorios y baños, así. Un diseño fantástico que permite que cada uno tiene su propio espacio sin embargo, un montón de espacio para toda la familia a venir juntos: lo que llamamos un hogar generacional!

    En el patio trasero hay una laguna tropical y gran piscina de borde infinito, así como un spa y cubierta de la piscina cubierta con una ducha exterior. Relajarse en una de las muchas sillas de la sala, escuchar a la cascada del agua de la piscina y spa, leer un libro, disfrutar de una bebida fría o simplemente reflexionar sobre sus vacaciones maravillosas. También tiene la privacidad de estar enclavado en todo el follaje tropical exuberante sin embargo, el océano es un corto paseo por el puente de la laguna y que está sintiendo la arena entre los dedos como llegar a la playa!

    Esta casa es un lugar increíble para una escapada con tus amigos y familiares, y no podemos esperar para darle la bienvenida a su isla hogar lejos de casa!

Great location. Good set up of bedrooms and accommodated 12 comfortably with room to spare. Very nice pool too!

Excellent Vacation Rental

My family and I stayed at this property during New Year’s 2024/2025. We had two families of four and had plenty of space! The spa and pool were perfect and would be ideal year-round. The home was well appointed with all the amenities you would expect of a top notch vacation rental.We would recommend staying at this property to a friend.Property manager was excellent! We only contacted them one time on a Sunday afternoon and they immediately answered the phone and took care of our issue.

The house was the perfect size for 12 women. The kitchen was fully stocked except for kitchen towels. We had terrible weather so couldn’t enjoy the pool but we would have. The location was amazing. The house was a little dirty and a lot of the blinds in the bathrooms and bedrooms were broken. Those need to be replaced.

The home is nice but certainly outdated. Could use some upgrades. Cleaning definitely was lacking . Trash was still there for days from the previous tenant. I actually got warnings about somebody else’s trash. Floor was dirty. Fridge was filthy. Food particles all over the utensils in the drawers etc. Nice home but a little let down.

Perfect Fall Break Getaway

This is our second year renting this home and it has proven perfect for our family each time. The layout enables adults and kids to have their own areas while having enough main level space to accommodate everyone for meals and family hangouts. The home is well-appointed for dining in and has incredible outdoor space (pool/spa/bbq). The location is perfect - just a 2-mile bike to Harbortown and roughly the same to South Beach. Having the Beach Club around the corner is a bonus as well. The communication throughout the booking journey with the management company was terrific and any issues we had were immediately addressed. It made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We look forward to our next Sea Pines visit!

Loved the space of this property as well as the pool and hot tub. The covered patio was a bonus when you needed some time out of the sun.

Spring break vacay

House size was great for our group of 10. Overall, the house was great, despite a few minor issues that were dealt with quickly by the property manager. Other than needing some deep cleaning, and TLC, my only other wish would be that there was a way to get into the house through the garage instead of having to walk to front door from the beach. We had a great time.

Hilton Head getaway

Great property with great location. Beautiful home with very nice pool and spa. 3rd row beach. Easy rides to south beach and all locations in Sea Pines. I would recommend this property highly.

Great stay at Beach Lagoon!

This house was tailor made for our group. We had master and adult child and spouse in the 2 bedrooms on the west end, family of 4 (2 adults and 2 little ones in the 2 bedrooms on the east end of downstairs and 2 teen girls in the double queen room upstairs and 3 boys in the bunkroom upstairs. Plenty of room for all,. Never cowded.

Great house, great location, 5 stars!

The house is fully equipped with all you need for a great vacation. We especially appreciated the separate ice maker and second fridge. Some highlights: - Easy access time the beach - natural gas grill - great hot tub - nice linens; very nice towels - separate “kids” area upstairs complete with TV lounge area - Keurig, and a Mr. Coffee If you book this house, - bring an Additional sheet pan if you need more than one - bring a cocktail shaker - bring your Bluetooth speaker 😁 I Highly recommend this home.
