• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike in 7-8 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from 8 Heritage Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: Select, hypo-allergenic breed now welcome. Please inquire for specifics and tell us about your pup.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Relaxing

We completely enjoyed this property, from start to finish. The amenities were amazing - we quickly felt right at home. The property was exactly as advertised. We walked and biked to nearby coffee shops and boutiques. I highly recommend, and would easily return to this property again!

Very comfortable home

The house was as advertise. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the gathering areas were amazing. Bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. Pillows were too hard for the neck, but I was able to find a thinner pillow in the bunk room. Overall, the house was fantastic and we'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Great family home!

We had 4 college kids and 2 middle schoolers. Plenty of space and great pool area. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Close to Harbor Town shops & restaurants. Only drawback is proximity to the beach. Beverly was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Great family vacation

This was our second time staying at this property, and we love it! The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Very clean and lots of great space. The location is also great. Morning walks to pet the horses, a short bike ride or walk to harbor town and another short bike ride to the beach. Hoping we can make it back next year!

Beautiful location. Not walking distance to beach. Be certain that any vendors or serviceman aren’t allowed access to property while or in conjunction with guest stays. That was pretty awkward for us both. Gorgeous home. Wish the weather could have let us enjoy the heated pool too.

Great house in Sea Pines that is easy walk to Harbor Town and short bike ride to beach.

Wonderful week in this house. The house is well maintained with plenty of space for our group of 9. Kitchen is well stocked and location is great. The pool is larger than you normally see with rentals in Sea Pines. Plenty of deck space as well. Certainly recommend.

This was a wonderful property with plenty of space for 7 adults to really stretch out and relax. It was very clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to rent any of the other BESTNEST properties after seeing this one!

Great family vacation

The home was beautiful, and very clean. I’ve rented many homes before and this was by far the most well equipped and most accurately represented. The location was great, could easily ride bikes to beaches, shopping and dining. The pool was very private with plenty of seating. We could not have been more pleased!

Great family vacation

Property was very clean and well equipped. 2 very nice master bedrooms. The highlight of the home is the backyard and pool area which is fantastic! Property is approx. a mile from beach but is an easy bike ride. Beach was fantastic and not crowded at all. Short walk to Harbour Town along the golf course which is allowed after 8 pm.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for me, my mom and my husband. We brought in the New Year in the gorgeous home and it was perfect!! The home was spotless, we didn’t want or need for anything! Every necessity was already there, we just needed to buy food and drinks. And the location is awesome! Not far from the grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. We will be staying here again! My only concern was the garbage outside. When we were leaving and disposing our trash, we saw that the garbage bin was overstuffed and it made it impossible to throw out trash away. Not sure how often trash is picked up but that wasn’t a good look because I started thinking about rodents. Hopefully next time, the trash will be removed. Otherwise, beautiful home with a pool in a beautiful neighborhood. It reminded us of being at our house and we were very comfortable.
