• 8 bedrooms with a thoughtful, group-friendly layout – house has 7 King en-Suites and 1 huge Bunk room with 4 twin beds, 2 double beds, and a full bathroom
• Open living and dining areas ideal for gathering including 14 person Amish dining table
• Fully equipped chefs kitchen for shared meals
• Comfortable spaces to relax together – Main floor Great Room and Second Floor Family Room

Outdoor Space
• Private pool with seating (8 person covered outdoor dining table) and lounge area including 7 person hot tub spa under the cover of the screen in porch. 2 TV’s viewable from the pool and hot tub. Great for relaxing after the beach!!!
• Perfect for casual evenings and group hangouts – fabulous 20x15 screened in porch off the great room with plenty of seating, full size ping pong table in the covered lower level for lots of family fun.

We have been going to HHI for almost twenty years. We started renting four-bedroom houses but as our family grows, we now need an eight-bedroom house and Adam’s house was perfect.Extremely clean, well appointed with so many conveniences that accommodated infants thru seniors. Comfortable beds, nice towels and linens, TVs in every bedroom, and even outside. The pool and hot tub were great. Beach chairs and towels, beach wagon, toys, ping pong, corn hole, etc.Needless to say, we will rent it again.Oh, and the walk to the beach is less than three minutes.

Great location! This lovely home had plenty of room for our 22 family members. Kitchen & great room were very accommodating. Bedroom suites with shower stalls were a plus. Bunk room was comfy & airy with high ceilings. Plenty of beach chairs so we didn’t need to bring our own. Enjoyed the pool but it lacks handrails going down the steps in shallow end & seat on deep end is deceiving with no grab bar.

Large home that accommodates many people. The layout works well for large family gatherings. We enjoyed the screened in porch, the large dining table and the separate seating areas. Home had lots of dishes/utensils/glassware and cooking items if you want to stay in at night but is close enough to Coligny if you want to eat out. Just a quick walk and you are at the beach. It was very nice to come home from the beach and utilize your own pool. The best thing about this house is that every bedroom has its own bath. This works so well for families and adults.

Large Family beach vacation

Our family really enjoyed being so close to the beach as well as just a short walk to Coligney. The home supplying beach chairs, towels and other beach essentials was very helpful for us. Our large family had plenty of space in the home and outside around the pool. Many fond memories were made at Sunshine Daydream!

Family Reunion

8 bedrooms all with private bath. 4 completely separate group areas. Movies, sports, & children's viewings all at the same time. Everyone had a spot. Game spots, food spots all in one home. Rainy day no issue - covered ping pong and a garage (lower level) big enough to play corn hole in. Everything you need to keep many desires fulfilled. Location to beach, Piggly Wiggley and the whole Coligny area - a perfect balance. We would definitely return again. Pool guys - bike rental folks - cleaning crew - and property manager Rina - all what you hope to have. Owners super easy to work with - enjoy your stay!

Great Location

We had a fantastic time at this home. The location really makes it! Walking distance to the beach and the plaza. Loved the screened in porch area for evening relaxing with no bugs. The house layout was great. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Home for Large Families

We booked a week long stay for 20 people (4 families, grandparents, and in laws). The house was clean, bright, and spacious. Things I loved about this home: -Each room has its own bathroom (perfect for multiple families) -The dining table is enormous and allowed us to eat meals together -High chair and pack-and-play were available -Plenty of bath and beach/pool towels -Kitchen stocked with everything we needed and with enough cups/plates/utensils -Outside areas are perfect for hanging out (screened in porch, pool, hot tub, ping pong) -Great walking distance to the beach -Beach chairs and toys were available -Great access to bike/walking trails The hosts were available before check in, property manager walked us through check in, and hosts checked with us before check out. Very attentive to us as guests. We would absolutely stay here again and recommended this home for any large groups!

Family Vacation

Our family of 12 adults and 7 children ages 2-11 stayed in the house last week. We had a wonderful time in spite of Hurricane Debby paying us a visit. The house was very comfortable for our size group and was well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped so cooking was easy. In addition to the kitchen the rest of the house was equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, games, and pool toys. I highly recommend this property for any type group, all adults as well as families.

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion with 25 guests to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There was plenty of space to gather as a group and enough spaces to also get some quiet time. The house had more than enough beach chairs and gear for everyone in the house.

Family Vacation

The property is everything it is advertised to be. The house was extremely CLEAN and well equipped for just about everything you need for a family vacation. Rena the property manager was so nice and helpful showing us all the house had to offer. The location of the property to activities and the beach is great for everyone to enjoy. Awesome home for family vacation!

House online is even better im person! Very clean, plenty of space and great amenities. Just a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and about a 1/2 mile walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The owner and property manager were very friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed. Would love to stay there again!

Amazing place.

This place has everything you need. It’s our second time here and it is perfect. Everything is flawless from the time you check in to the time you leave. This is perfect for friends and or families. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and plenty of places for all to come together. They have a pool and hot tub and fun games as well. We have corn hole and ping pong tournament's. The Biking trails, and the beach are within minutes. Rena the property manager is responsive to every question. The host checks in and makes sure everything is great. Checkout is a breeze. They tell you what to do and how to leave everything. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Incredible House & Location

This 8 bedroom home has everything you need! The location is fantastic - quick walk to the beach and bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are private and roomy. The screened-in porch, hot tub and pool are great! The house was immaculate! Property managers were incredibly prompt, friendly and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head! (We did not have children with us, but the bunk room was large. Plenty of additional space inside and out for the kids, including a ping pong table and extra TVs.)

Yearly Beach Trip

Each year our extended family vacations together to the beach in Hilton Head. This is the second time for this particular vacation rental. It is awesome. Plenty of bedrooms for all. Spacious living areas and well stocked kitchen and house. Elevator was great for those of us with bad knees. Very short walk to the beach and close to Coligny Plaza. Pool and hot tub are great for the kids and adults. Overall a five star experience!

Great stay in HH

The house was great! It is a beautiful place to stay and had everything we could need. Adam made the renting process very easy and Rena the property manager was there to meet us and make sure she answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend staying at this location!!

Huge house, Great property, great location.

Everything was perfect. From arrival until departure. We have an extremely large family and there was plenty of space and I didn’t feel like we were piled on top of each other. Very close to the beach and other areas of town or just a couple minutes away. Property manager met us upon arrival and showed us how everything worked. Overall wonderful experience.

Outstanding Family Getaway!

This house is fantastic. Lots of spaces to use for a large group. The kids thought it was the best ever, and the adults agreed. Access to beach was easy and just a very short walk. Owner was very informative about the house, and community - restaurants, outdoor activities, grocery, photographer, fishing charters. We cooked every meal except for two, and the kitchen was superbly outfitted. Pool was perfect. Prime location. - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ice cream (!), and groceries. Loved the beach! All in all, one of the best family reunion trips ever!

Best vacation!

We loved sunshine daydream- we had 20 family members ranging from grandparent's down to age 7- the house felt roomy. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The shops and beach were within walking distance or biking distance. The pool was large and warm. I would stay here again.I feel this house and location made this vacation the best we have been on.

Great Week

We overall enjoyed our stay. Elevator broke on the last day as we were moving out which caused a few issues. Rena helped us troubleshoot the problem and we were able to get most of the items out. Great house which met our needs for a large family beach week.
